Exactly... I can't just see her as turning good so soon. I think she is being manipulative. Else why couldn't she just let Ansh and Pia to marry? She was the one who blackmailed Pia. She doesn't want her Daavansh son to loose his power. And this way she wins his trust too.

I think she cares quite a bit about her son's life (although not in the selfless manner that Ved does), she just wants him to turn evil and follow her footsteps. Sort of like taking over the family business you know 😛
