Navya cringed upon hearing the ear piercing scream… Her non existent heart had already stopped beating… Her face became even more pale than before...she knew what was happening but didnt want to accept it. Her body was not listening to her anymore she found herself running rapidly towards Ananth..

Scene shift to Ananth

"Aaah" he screamed as he saw blood dripping out of his hand. Drop by drop he could hear the sound of her laughter… Every cell in his body screamed and the louder he screamed the more her laughter grew… She had not used any force on him… He just started bleeding and pain overtook his body swiftly… The mere thought of spending another minute there sickened him to the core... In a matter of seconds the pain wore off, but his happiness was shortly lived As Suddenly the dimly lit candle went out and he was dragged by his feet by an invisible force to the outside and then everything went blank..

Ananth managed to regain consciousness but his vision was slightly blurred….he blinked rapidly as his vision returned to normal only to find navya in front of him.

"Navya is that you? Am I in heaven ?" He asked in his slightly confused state.

Normally his statement would be used as a corny pick up line but only he knows how much he wished it was true. Suddenly the truth hit him hard and fast. The events that just occurred came back to him as he looked at his still bleeding hand. Navya 's gaze landed on his hand and immediately she held in a desperate attempt to stop the bleeding. Ananth immediately pulled his hand away and got up.

" why are you pretending to care Navya ? You got what you wanted.!!."

His voice was filled with hurt and disgust which hurt Navya even more.

" no Ananth this isn't what I want...I never wanted any of this to happen to you."

Ananth melted for a moment but immediately hardened himself again...

" really Navya then why would you do this huh? You left me with that monster to die!"

He shouted letting out all the pain he felt. Navya immediately ran to him and put her finger on his lips indicating to him to keep quiet.

"Sshh..please if she finds out your here...she won't leave both of us"

Ananth got confused.

" wasn't she the one who brought me here..."

" no Ananth it was me...I didn't want her to do anything to you so I brought you here..."

" why Navya ? Why don't you just let me die..."

She turned around so that her back was facing him.

"Because I love you Ananth ..."

With that sentence his entire world came turned around. A beam of happiness filled him and a smile made its way to his face..

"Then let me take you with me...we can escape from here.."

" no Ananth..I can't leave from here...I am cursed to be here forever.. But you can leave and I will help you..."

"I will not leave without you Navya ..."

" no Ananth you have to and it's not like I won't come back...I will come back soon...it is just that I have to handle some unfinished business here and I promise you I will find you..."

She lied bluntly on his face but she knew if he knew the truth and the consequences she will face …

After setting him free she will never leave. She had to do it for him..she had to save him from d traumatic torture…

"You promise Navya.."

She smiled trying to hide the immense pain she felt…

"Promise Ananth ..."
