hiee guys m bak with d update of my story ... .i noe m a quite late bt guys skool work occupies most of my tym so hardly gt tym to write.. .n d last week was full of tests so could'nt update it ... n nw enough of my daastaan n guys

so guys Ananth entered the gigantic mansion cautiously...he glanced over at navya who looked cool and not panicky like she was when he first met her...like she was comfortable...then again he met her an hour ago and look at him, he is in love. He smiled at her as she narrowed her eyes to scan her surroundings...she smiled back at him...

In fact something was happening to navya too...she couldn't avoid the feeling she got from being around him. But she knew nothing was possible between them'.

Ananth stood in the middle of the hall...above him was a giant chandelier...one made of crystal...he looked at in awe'..it was situated right above his head'.he felt a chill run down his spine as he looked at the massive structure...the longer he looked at it the more he could make out a strange figure...he couldn't see it clearly but was strangely aware of its presence. It made sure of it. He found himself hypnotized at its sight'...An eerie feeling filled him...he was quickly snapped out of his trance when navya pushed him out of the way of the falling chandelier. He stared at the broken chandelier and a highly worried navya..

" what the hell is wrong with you ! Are you blind ? It could have killed you!" she said in a tone filled with anger and worry.

" I am so sorry...I wasn't paying attention" he said still in shock .

" not paying attention? It fell right above you!" navya was very worried now because she knew something.

" let's just get out of here navya" he said

" it is too late Ananth " she said in an inaudible voice.

Ananth walked over to open the door but it didn't open...he pulled and pulled but it didn't budge. He looked over at navya who was staring into a dark room'.he walked over to her and looked at the direction she was staring at. All he saw was darkness but he knew that was not what she saw...

"navya...navya'.." He said in a gentle voice so as to not startle her .

What happened next both shocked and scared him,,,. She turned around at him with an empty look in her eyes. She replied him in a different voice. It was almost like two people were talking at the same time. She pointed at the room while speaking.

" that is where it all happened...the torture...the screams of terror...the anger...she would make us sit down and torture us in all ways possible...sometimes physically , sometimes mentally ...all she wanted...all she needed was the screams of terror...which she got till the day she died and she is still getting it..."saying this she fell unconscious..

Ananth was staring at her in fear all this time but when she fell unconscious he saw the same girl he fell in love with...he ran towards her without thinking and picked her up in his arms...she rustled but was still unconsious. He carried her towards the door praying it would open but it didn't...he ran upstairs towards the rooms...none of the doors would open except the one she pointed to...the torture room. Ananth looked at the room thoughtfully'...he looked at the dark and empty room and he looked back at the girl he fell in love with...he knew his decision he ran into the room without thinking.

As he entered the room a far away candle lit up by itself. Ananth shuddered while he lay Navya down on the bed. He started searching for water in his backpack frantically. He found it and poured its contents on her but to his surprise his completely filled bottle became empty and a curious smoke exited the bottle instead of water. He dropped the bottle in sheer fear. He slapped her hard in an attempt to wake her but she didn't. The next thing he did surprised himself'. He breathed air in hr mouth by folding a magazine he had in his bagpak... She awoke but he didn't stop' Navya couldn't explain it but she instantly put her hands front of him beckoning him to stop. He took her signal and stopped'bt as she awoke he kissed hr on hr forehead to express his hue as well as gratitude for she awaking up'. He took one look at navya and was shocked to see that she was no longer in her jeans and shirt but she was wearing an ancient looking saree. Her hair was no longer in a pony tail it was let down and from her ears hung a old pair of earrings. She was no longer opaque'. infact she was almost translucent. Her playful eyes were replaced by eyes full of pain and tears.

"I am sorry Ananth" she mouthed softly as tears streamed down her eyes and as it fell on Ananth's thigh it burned him'.

Ananth could just stare on at her in pure confusion while navya got up and walked through the solid door'. It was then that Ananth finally realized the truth'.. Navya was a ghost'..!!

i noe guys most of ur speculations regarding navya being d ghost were appropriate.. bt this was d crux part of my story so didnt want to let it out ..dats d reason i didnt rply to d comments relating to d former... hope d abv part matched up to all ur expectations ..
