Offscreen 1st one - Navya putting her hands around Anant's neck but in the second onscreen one- She is just kissing but no hand around his neck, yes she has placed hand on his shoulder...

1st one as it was a real one she needed the full grip to do so..so her hand aroung his neck...😉

2nd one was just to make us believe that it happend..so no need of grip n all..so hand just over shoulders...😆
