I think maybe she is afraid of the show may end as the trp is not that great. Or maybe her relationship with shaheer maybe she is not completely sure and afraid just like any girl is insecure in a relationship. Or maybe it has something to do with the show navya.

Must be Navya - probably she is trying to say that now everything is going well with Navya and Anant, they are together and happy, so she fears that something bad should not happen
