TB:The two actors will play husband and wife ..

TellyBuzz had already reported about the makers of Star Plus' cult show Sasural Genda Phool coming up with another show for the same channel. We have also reported that Rehaan (who played the character of Ishaan in the Bengali version of the show) and Shaleen Bhanot have been confirmed to play the leads in the show.

The latest scoop we hear tells us that there are two more additions to the cast of the show.

A source says, "Poonam Joshi, who was last seen in Imagine's Kashi is all set to come back as Rehaan's mother and Farroq who is currently seen in Star Plus' Navya will play the role of his father."

Describing on the characters, the source adds, "Poonam will act as a bridge between the father and the son as they do not get along well. Farooq will have a different character who has other concerns compared to his family."

When contacted Farooq, he confirmed saying, "Yes, I am doing the show, but cannot divulge any details." Meanwhile, all our efforts to reach Poonam were in vain.
