I completely agree with everything you had to say..I know we crib about the story but at the end of the day we all have to agree that writing for a daily show is no easy feat..You are bound by TRPs and you cannot let your creative juices flow without a care in the world..So yes, very tricky job..And even more so when you are writing for a show which literally caters to viewers of all ages..And Anantika has done a fine job indeed of trying to find the perfect balance between AnYa, and family drama, while at the same time allowing each character to breathe and grow..In a short span of time she has shown both the protagonists maturing up, taking a stand for what they believe in, which I am very happy about! She has especially done wonders with Anant, the tantrummy, irresponsible, ziddi boy is long gone, to be replaced by a man who can go to any extent to protect the girl he loves and her family from his own family's clutches..
She has also done a very good job with subplots..I for once am loving Renu's track..Loved how she didn't wallow in self misery and instead chose to keep on fighting, keep on living, to show the world that a woman can do perfectly fine without a man by her side..
So more power to Anantika..She took over when things were dreary, tangled, and seriously messed up and she has managed to resurrect the show wonderfully..👏

I concur to each and every word you have written,even I am very happy with the current status of the story...Yesterday I dared I to watch as many shows as possible ,because we were discussing about the much hyped up ,TRP thing and I wanted to confirm about the big hulla that this TRP thing is causing.

And I must confess that I was terribly disappointed at the quality and storyline of most of the serials!!All of them were solely thriving on one single concept...MISUNDERSTANDING!!The foundation of every story line was...wrong judgement,misunderstandings between the leads or some one else,suspiciousness...Then came our Navya...Voila!!The problem started and ended in a single episode 👏...there was no unnecessary dragging,wrong assumptions or miscalculations...nothing! Somehow I was very satisfied with the story which obviously means that I was thanking the scriptwriter for being so transparent with her story quality.

Now,I still can't understand how TRP of this show is less😕Do people like random masala's in their daily soaps?Do they live like that in their real life with constant taunts and fights and misunderstandings??Then How?How do they like such shows and How do such shows get higher TRP's...really shocking!!

Navya is really far ahead of other shows in terms of quality...I hope it continues😳

Hola 😃...long time huh, Pooja 😊...and knowing that it was coming from you, I couldn't have expected anything lesser...Kick-Ass post 👍🏼

Just to start with a bit of a back story...I was initially apprehensive you know...Knowing where Anantika was coming from, I found the timing of this writer change thing, too perfect to be passed off as mere coincidence. I had my reasons, because the Shaadi track was going on and i assumed the show would be going the kitchen politics way. Guess I am being proved wrong slowly and steadily, eh...

Anantika is trying her best to focus on some real time issues, keeping in mind the TRPs as well, which gives her more scope to cater to a wider audience. She's also managed to revive long-forgotten tracks which has paved way for some multi-layered narrative...some thing that this show was seriously lacking. Now, apart from Anant and Navya's love story, there is enough focus on Mohan-Renu, Ritz-Appy-Ranbir, Navya-Bajpais, Gautam-Renu...the dynamics of each and every relationship is being explored.

She's also managed to delve into the professional lives of the protagonists ( which I incidentally thought I'd never get to see ). Not the boss-falling-for-the-secretary types. Amar might well play a crucial role in Navya's transformation from a shy girl to a strong independent woman...glimpses of which we caught yesterday.

My only complaint...Anant's character needs a bit more of fine-tuning. His character is still being dealt within the realms of love- supportive, understanding, lovable, smart BF. There is more to a 20-year old guy. I would like to see Anant rising through the ranks in his family business and establish a name for himself.

A and N's chemistry has been doing the rounds for quite some time. I'm kinda glad that their first misunderstanding has cropped up regarding the whole lying fiasco by Anant. Till now, others posed problems to A-N's love. Anantika has however brought some important things to the fore...what will happen if A-N themselves are the causatives of problems ?? Lets see how this is being handled.

There's a lot in the pipeline, waiting to be offered to us. I am sincerely hoping she maintains the momentum

Since of late we have been getting some great tracks. the beguning was great but somehow in between there was a drop until rec ently.
