OH MY GOODNESS! I didn't expect such a scary episode so quickly! As the episode was progressing, the more I was just sinking into my sofa! All I could say was, "Shut up, Navya. PLEASE JUST SHUT UP!" Anyways, first things first:

Mohan and Renuka:

- I think they're really understanding and mature unlike their partners.

- I don't know if I want them to fall in love because they're both married and so it's just wrong.

- They could end up being best friends and help each other with their marriages.

- Both of them could learn a few tips from each other as to how to keep their marriages going with their difficult partners

- Though, I don't know how it would work with Gautam - he's just such a creep. He doesn't deserve Renuka and Gudiya.

Amar and Sharmishta & Co.:

- They're just too funny!

- I swear to God, they're like the height of immaturity...

- They can't stand each other, they're so different from each other yet they can't stay away from each other, can't stop bothering each other...

- Poor Navya! Her thoughts were so funny how she thought SHE was the weird one.

- And I still can't get over that name - Sharmishta.

- Amar seems like a good boss and seems like a person who can do his job himself. He doesn't need Navya.

- I still think Navya should just leave, she doesn't do anything anyways! Find a better job, woman. Earn your money the right way!

Mohan vs Amar; Gayatri Press vs Whatever-Navya's-Company-Is-Called:

- I love how the CVs are showing the contrast between two bosses and the contrasting environment of the work place that both sisters are attending.

- Mohan is so understanding and mature towards Renuka whereas Amar is just indifferent to Navya's presence. In fact he'd like it better if Navya was just not there...

- Mohan is now used to Renuka and needs her help whereas Amar can do his work himself. He doesn't need a PA

- At Gayatri Press everyone is very traditionally cultured and they understand rituals and stuff that their employees have to attend but at the same time there is a very strict code of conduct maintained in that office. If we compare it to Navya's work place where everyone is very chilled, casual, modernised etc.

- Renuka's proposal of a leave was considered a little bit by Mohan but Navya's was given straight away. And in the end the opposite happens

- Also in Gayatri press, meetings are held in the conference room which are long, tedious and boring whereas in the other office, meetings are casual but motivating in the main office itself amongst the staff.

- In Gayatri Press, Om decides what is to be done and things are done according to that. In the other office, everyone's ideas are taken into consideration and the important things are decided by Amar and Sharmishta.

Dadi Chachi:

- I didn't like her that much

- She was nice to Navya but she seems like a bit too invading in her personal life

- I guess that's how old people are, they want to know everything about you

- Also, she seems like the type who will but salt on wounds but make it look like sugar. You get what I mean?

- Like she herself was surprised at the fact that Navya works but instead of acting like Bua Dadi she acted like 'Oh that's alright...' but it didn't seem very convincing. Like she was provoking the argument that happened after she left

- One quick question: She's Dadi Chachi - meaning She's Baba's brother's wife. The Bajpai's are very traditional and believe in living in joint families etc. So how come she doesn't live with them? Obviously, her husband has passed away but technically she should be living with them right?

- One thing I liked about her was the she was very accepting of the fact that times have changed but she kept emphasizing on the fact that Navya is a MODERN D-I-L. Didn't seem too pleasing..

Finally, the bomb has blasted. In a big way.:

- Obviously the scariest bit of the whole episode.

- All I was wishing for was that Navya could just keep her mouth SHUT.

- The more she said, the more I sank inside my sofa

- Poor Anant! :( He had all good intentions and the plan backfired.

- Ranbir is the WORST advisor! Anant, don't listen to him next time!

- Why did Navya have to say that she'll be living with Ritz?! What did she think, that he Bajpai's will be very happy to hear that?! At least she could've kept that to herself...

- Om looked like he was going to murder someone ASAP. The more his volume went up, the more scared I got for Anant.

- I want to kill Bua Dadi and Rama. And then bury them somewhere where they can't be found ever again! I swear, Bua Dadi is so FREAKING ANNOYING. Shut your trap, woman! 😡No one asked you. Even though Anant has admitted it was HIS mistake, Bua Dadi has to find someway in blaming Navya.

All in all - BAD episode. Scared the hell out of me.

A Word of Advice to the CVs:

- Navya's dress was nice - keep it.

- YAAAY new dresses for Renu! Keep it up!

- Rama's worn that sari for the billionth time. GIve her a new colour or something, guys.

- Can I design Anant's clothes for you? Because you guys are clearly failing at it... Cyan coloured shirt and BEIGE pants?! C'mon, guys. You can do better than that crap.

- Buy Om a new suit. He needs it. Wearing the same suits is disgusting.

- Where is Nimmisha when you need her?! WHERE?! Bring her back, thanks.
