@Anushka- but now that Deepu and Renu are working, and Anant too will start working soon, the wedding will take place in a few months, just like what Deepu said! But yes, there is a huge possibility that she wants to work, which will not go well with the loonies, especially BD, who will think that this girl is coming to ruin their sanskaar!

@Anushka- oooh you're 16! So you must be in eleventh grade right? I'm actually done with high school, graduated this May! My uni starts in a few months, so I'm enjoying my extended holiday by haunting the adda at odd times! 😆 You're in the US? Where in the US? I'm in Jakarta, but will be doing my UG in Singapore, so will move out of here in a few months! You think lit is stupid? 😲 It was one of my favourite subjects at school, other than my second language and chemistry! Granted, I didn't do a lot of work for lit, but I still LOVED the subject and studied it whenever needed, and since that got me the marks, no one complained! 😆 Enjoy high school hun, its one of the best times of your lives!

@Anushka- I know no girl wants to sit at home, but as BD said, what good is Navya making the merit list gonna do, when all she has to do is wear heavy saris and jewellery and make up, and cook food all day? Navya's dreams are gonna be squelched, and that's not gonna be very nice!
