I esp loved that pink giant Navya standing on Anant's back on the left corner...They got the guitar, ready to junp on the bed with pillow Anant and heart pics all perfectly...

I suppose the mirror behind the bed was an individual choice...

did you check the other pics.. from Effiel tower , to chai ke platations to to zopdi .. unlimited variations...😆

Could you please send me the link for the eiffel tower one Shaina? Is Navya pushing Anant over the twinkling tower in that one (like she stood on his back in the butterfly bedroom one?)?😆

Nahi yaaar. Was that in Januables too. I should go back and see it tonite. I remember the Eiffel towel but not the others. This Sita person is amazing I must say.

Hi Mridula, thanks for the very nice post and the adda...

My thoughts on today's episode, & I promise to be nice too :)))

Not a bad episode IMO (you see, earlier this episode too would not have made the grade, but after all the trashy episodes we have been dealt with, this one, wasn't half as bad).

Like Shaina, I too did not get why Navya is now scared of Sugandha, I thought she was extremely sweet to her?!?!?! Is this how bad our heroine's judment is???

I actually thought she did a favor to these two mandbuddhis by cautioning Navya on what is expected of her in that khandaan, lest she makes a bigger fool of herself in the future and comes under the ire of CSB, Om & BD. Vaise, come to think of it, HOMP did not make a snide remark about what Navya was doing in their house either b/c she didn't appear to be buying Nimi's story...

I love Appy, haven't I said that before? Beneath that bubbly demeanor, there lurks a very sensible & mature girl IMO. Just the right mixture of spunk & sensibility, just my kind of girl. 😃

Liked Navya / Meeta convo in kitchen. Meeta drumming some sense into Navya to not take off whenever she wanted to was nice too. Little bit of buddhi goes a long way in keeping peace in sasural...

Anant acting sensible was a welcome change, but for how long remains to be seen... But if my prediction is right, this time, his plan is bound to succeed, for a couple reasons:

1. All doors have pretty much been closed for Deepak to now get some money for the wedding:

a) Lost his job.

b) Loan gets rejected.

c) Bhaiyya not returning loaned amount.

So who better to rescue him from this dire situation than the hero???

2. This mandbuddhi hero also has to be resurrected after all, varna yeh hindi serial kaise chalegi???

So, as I said yesterday, this knight in shining armor will come to the rescue of the damsel in distress, and the damsel's father who is in greater distress, right on cue...

But since we all know and fear this mandbuddhi's brain or lack thereof, so much, hoping it isn't some lopsided plan like the night out. 🤢

But according to hindi serial / movie history, itna zurm sehne ke baad hero hi bachaane aayega.

I know, a lot of people have said that this show resembles real life a lot, and I question them now, really?? Aisa hota hai real life mein, hero hamesha bachaane ata hai?? I did not understand why Deepak lost his job suddenly w/o any reason?? Didn't seem very realistic to me...

But anyways, carrying on...

The thing that irked me the most was Renu telling this womanizer that she loves him a lot and she knows that he loves him too... Really?!?!?! So hers is another curve ball thrown at the Mishras... This is more and more resembling a Nirupa Roy story...

AnYa convo today was (I'll try to be nice here) a very poor attempt at humour. Less said about it the better. But I did like Anant's underlying concern for Navya, does he really not know why Navya could be sad, or is it just me, since we know the whole story and they don't??

So, all in all, a sad episode, made not so bad by the slim glimmer of hope in seeing a sensible hero back in action...
