@Nidhi..Ditto..as i was working..yes i do that sometimes at work😉😆..I was thinking how much of thought and time we really give to this show and the characters..feels like we are discussing abt one of our friends love life and trying hard to find a good solution to see them happy ever after😊..

I really wish CV's used a little bit of their braions and logic as we all do..I really wish they can think as we all do on this adda...

its not just this show...its the age old formula for all shows...some go extremely extreme and make it utter non-sensical...Here 1 good thing they have done is showed Anant's manbuddhiness trait quite evidently n CVs ploy on it when n where needed...

I actually really loved ur version of the story...both separating n coming together after realizing the importance of being with each otehr n respecting each other's thots n life goals...

But I unfortunately...I dont see CVs taking that route...coz that be quite bold for a gal like navya...then the question of navya not having enuf trust n faith in her love n her own words will arise...U see it makes the lead character weak from a story telling viewpoint esp since Navya already has said the words that she is aware the hardness of bajpayees but she has faith in Anant n his love for her!!

@Urmi..This is how much we are connected to this show..And its so disheartening, when we have to endure some idiotic episodes(like the last two )

@Shilpa..I guess we will have to take one day at a time.😊Let us all wait for Anant to be a man again😃

@Nidhi..I sometimes think ..just beacuse we are so connected, we feel a lot disappointed with every single downfall of this show..because we expect a lot out of this show...

So I agree..we should take 1 day/epi at a time, and also keep our expectations zero for some time..probably that will help us lower our diasappointment and not make us all very upset..we might actually get some pleasant surprises due to no expectations😊

Now that I've butchered 3 languages, onwards to the epi...Instead on dwelling on serious issues like the groom-to-be's utter disregard (not to mention contemptuous laughter) for his beloved's valid worries which bodes ill for the future, I'll just discuss clothes and fluff...Much more relaxing, na...😊

Such a thanda roka... I didn't expect song+dance+ bandbaajabaaraat but was some semblance of a festive atmosphere too much to ask?I know Navya's a simple homely sanskaari girl but is wearing an ultra simple sari for her engagement proving some point? Ostentatious displays of wealth to be banned during celebrations, perhaps? But even gorilla papa's churidar looked more chamkila...Navya could have looked glammer than her boodi vidwa daadi, na? Rama looked beautiful...With a toned down sari and accessories, she looks so attractive...DItto Renu, Nimmi and Appi. I lowwwed Appi's nehru collar outfit...I always feel Ritz is purposely dressed down so as not to show up Navya in the looks dept at least(She's already miles ahead in acting). Mohan came in his nightdress (the brown version of anant's nightie) but Anant was berrry nice...

I wonder how serial pairs get their pictures taken...No sign of photographers but there'll be professional framed photos for Navya (and phangals 😃) to cry and/or moon over often in the future...My engagement+wedding was almost completely controlled by the photographer asking me to turn/smile/pretend to smell artificial roses/ air kiss my parents etc ...He did get several photos of me opening my mouth to eat though...My molars and uvula are now immortalized forever on film 😆

The polar bear (aka CSB's friend) looks so soft and cuddly but he eats baby seals (aka Navya) for breakfast...How could he have misjudged Navya's essential goodness so completely?

Anant will be reduced to mere window dressing from now on...We may get to see his gorgeous smile and even an occasional eye-pop or two, but the serial's been called "navya" for a reason...Navya will lekin, cry and arch her eyebrow into everyone's heart...I sincerely hope her acting improves before we get to the sehensheeli bahoo-in-action bits...Anyway, my FB kiddos must be over the moon to have gotten their wish: Navya wore a sari and will be wearing one for ever after in a month's time...

Thanks Tanu for writing another beautiful post. We misssed you. Actually for once I liked today's epi. It was defo as somebody said a Navya one as compared to the Kindergarten ones that we saw before.

Some thoughts on it.

Could not understand the reason behind Anant's laugh. This was the same Anant who earlier, by just looking at Navya knew when she was upset and sad and today he laughed at her and did not console her. What are the CV's doing to his character. Why butcher him. Still the phangirl in me leaped and forgave him when he held her hand for a few seconds in the car..

Liked Guruji's talk of how Navya is going to shake the household. Can't wait to see that.

Pre Roka scene was nice. Navya looked stunning, simple but elegant. Anant as usual droolworthy. To my eyes he looked like he has lost weight and does not look fit anymore. Looks weak in fact but still yummyiciious.

If final exams of 3rd year of college is next month then that means Anant is almost 21 and of legal age to marry.

Musings

1. First time I saw BD doing work when she got water and tablets for UB

2. The entire Bajyapee woman wore uniform today. All wore various shades of pink. Maybe pink was on sale at Big Bazaar.

3. Deepak and Guruji both look like cute teddy bear.

Overall a not bad episode. Lets see what tomorrow brings us.

Supria, my eid ka chand - loved your take - anya separating then getting back with some solid reasons apart from majnu "just felt like asking you" reasoning...you know na, we won't get to see such sensitive and sensible storylines? We can only dream about it...

Nishu - omg, just have stitches from
laughing - need to recover from this... Ok, would love to see your wedding album one day :-D ... I like it that you discussed important stuff like looks and clothes - completely agree with you om Appy's outfit, Renu and Rama...droolsome was living up to his name - I guess Bajpai quila will have a new wallpaper on the grand occasion of Anya marriage - this time it will be Anant himself, adorning the walls... How long do you think before Shaheer jumps ship?

rofl at mohan's outfit🤣...bechara...if he reads wat u thot of it...he might just wanna reshoot the scene...in which case we can have navya change her saree as well...but honestly...I truly thot both appy n ritz were better dressed than our navya rani..

N btw...totally agree with why Navya is called "navya"...she is the protagonist n so obviously the heavy boj in on her nazuk khandas to sudhaarofy the looney toones🤓...

Btw...did anyone think that even udi baba was so well dressed compared to navya devi??😳
