Bye Urmi and Madhu...

Usha isn't that what we are doing for some time. We the MWC's are the ones caught in between who nobody cares for

@Shilpa (sajni786) - Thanks for your take - you always manage to put across your points very nicely, even when you differ from the majority view - hats off to that...
I understand what you are trying to say, but counter this: agreed that these are 19-year olds and are just plain relieved that the threat of separation that was hanging over their heads has gone away - don't you think the next step would be some cosy time together, with full licence stuck on their backs? All I am asking is, why aren't there sparks anymore? Is it all being saved up to be served later or khazana of magical anya moments is khaali?

@Isha - yup, we are the "middle class" in this sense - we are not the trp-deciders nor do we have the power of the fb kids...we'll rant away for a few more years and then bingo! we'll be shaking our heads at "un-sanskaari acts of today's generation" ...(sincerely hope not though...)...

Sometimes I feel our parents' generation had a better time as far as TV shows were concerned - good old DD days and everything, but here I go again...

I know u wud ask that n infact many of the addains are asking as well...yes...coziness is something "we" the viewers expected...and thats why u have this question to begin with...but u have to watch each epi on it own without any expectations to understand why a certain behaviour from AnYa.

m going to talk from story telling POV:
The moment AnYa got relieved from the heavy dose...Anant did expect have his cozy time with Navya n his first approach was to have that ability to pick n drop her from college...In that Anant's tongue slipped n he called deepu "papa"...Any teenager is going to jump that this thot n navya did just that...she shared it with her friends...who made it a big deal n they blew it out of proportion...
Anant puts his maturity hat off n wears the 'impulsive" mask again who has forgotten wat his intent was supposed to be...

Remember...the main motive for CVs here is to create hurdles for AnYa as per demands of daily soap...and thus wat has always worked...the impulsive character take of Anant...and CVs again play their cards on that...

Without today's situation...there cant be hurdles created for AnYa...n seriousness cannot drawn upon them as well...

The cooching cooing scenes will also come...but just when we least expect it...😳

And that is the drawback for us. We the middle class have no say or feel in any of the soaps today. All we are asking for is a balance. We are not asking for heavy on romance every time but just the close feeling that one goes thru when one is approaching engagement. I can understand the apprehension that one would have if it was an arranged match but these 2 fell in love, fought against all opposition and should bring a sense of closeness between them.

@bold. I shudder thinking of that. Will we become the current oldies class mindset then. My intelligent mind (😉) thinks that we are way beyond that.

Shaina I was watching it early this morning and was wondering why the off screen comfortablity cannot be shown onscreen.

@Isha -May be bcos cvs directors let them down? May be it's Soumya's expressions? or the lack of them? I find Nimi's expressions apt and effortless - wish Soumya could be more relaxed instead of always carrying the responsible, mature, scared to have fun look...

@Shilpa - agree about the demands of a daily soap, but still can't believe why the hurdles you describe and Anya realising the enormity of marriage etc can't be handled better? I am not asking for coochie cooing, I want to see the spark in their relationship...

To be honest I can feel cvs again stalling for time while they work out the next stage of the storyline...
