@ Shilpa, agree with you on everything. Deepu's reaction was completely predictable. He is a very protective & loving father, who felt quite betrayed by his family today. His anger towards Meeta was really justified, she deserves it completely. Her pea sized brain, could not come up with a better idea than send Navya to Kanpur!! Serves her right that her plan completely backfired on her.
It was only expected that once Deepu finds out, he will try to tell Anant's family about this affair and try and stop it. But now, I am waiting for the twist in the story. Dunno what shape or form it will take but defo, Deepu won't be able to tell the loonies anything. Whatever the twist, it will be instrumental in not only delaying the loonies finding out about AnYa, but will also ultimately result in something nice for the love birds.
So, let's just be patient and watch. It can't get much worse than this. One thing that I am glad about is, they did not drag this Deepak revelation thing longer than necessary, and we frankly needed an end to this Meeta's delusional nonsensical approach of dealing with this situation. I don't think I could have stood that any longer.
Deepak taking matters into his own hands is defo preferable to Meeta handling them with her hare brained ideas.
At least the track is moving and will soon come to an end, and I have a feeling on a positive note.
BTW, did anyone notice that when AnYa were talking by the food table, his hair looked awesome, not the gelled version. But by the time Meeta pulled them over to talk, his hair was back to the gelled state with 4 strands conspicuously sticking out. And when Deepak went to speak to Anant's dad, his hair was back to the gorgeous silky state. ๐ณ
P.S. I had to keep things in perspective, hence, noticed all these not so minor details. ๐
