as abt ananth, we've only seen the romantic, ziddi n high-on-candy side of him...we have to see how strong he will stand when the wind blows his side...n this time around, we cant excuse him like we did last time for almost getting engaged in the name of family principles, elders or whatever ...he just stammered, stuttered n muttered...agreed it was too early to talk abt navya, but he cud have used studies/career as an excuse to avoid the roka...

now...after going so far with navya...we have to see how tall will he stand...just keeping my fingers crossed hat he will not let navya down in future...for this time, its not just navya who will be hurt if he does not stand by her, but also renu di...who has already lied to her mom n betrayed the trust meeta had in her...n most probably meeta's trust in navya...say renu will manage to pacify meeta to a certain extent after the navya-meeta talk... n being the gem of the mother that she is, meeta could give navya time...

so ananth has a lot to prove...n lets see how well he fares...n hope he sees the shitsters true colours soon n stops pouring his heart n soul out to wicked rama...

@Bold...I know if meeta knows in sum other way rather than saw webcam convo..She understands navya easily...But anant is rgyt at his place ..as he worried about his relation and knows that problems dey have 2 face if meeta cums to now...

Agreed with all you said. If you see some of my previous replies to other posts I questioned wherther he is worthy of her love.

They both are from traditonal strict families but the diffrence in Navya's family is the love and close bond that they all share. Papa could be strict and angry but atleast listens, mum's best friend is Navya, dadi is strict but on the birthday explained it all and said that she will try to follow with the times, brother is naughty but loving ( look how he took Navya's side during the picnic) sis is strict but loving and protective

Whereas Anant has udi baba who glares and stares a lot, even though he loves Anant a lot but it is more of a dara hua love, Papa is a banshee constantly loud and screaming, ma cannot open her mouth at all, chacha, chachi have no say, bua dadi is constantly putting other women and children down, bai is so scared of hte family and bhabi is forever scheming.

As Anant said in his speech to Renu he has not seen love, what love he has seen he copies it (when Nimi talks on the phone and Ranbir has the 10 o'clock date nite). The poor guy tries not to make mistakes but it does not work out.

I think the more time he spends with Navya and her family and friends he will realize the normalcy of the world and may change. Hope the CV's make him to be stronger too. I would like to see both on an equal footing in the show.

Hi...i liked ur post n also d brilliant replies that followed...Yes, i agree..til now anant has not proved himself worthy of navya's love.. he did give that heartfelt-honest speech in front of renu bt til now he has been only words no action...

He is at fault coz tym n again his impulsive n adamant nature has caused them both trouble..esplly navya n he fails 2 learn from his mistakes..apart from that he can also b excused slighty...

The Anant v saw in d begining was more calm n controlled becoz he was following a strict path laid by his family..bt evr since he fell for navya things changed as sm of d things that wr considered unacceptable in his family didnt seem unacceptable ne mor.. now he is on a diff path..d line that existed between d rt n wrongs has blurred for him n he is confused..he is jst following his heart..so he's impulsive..

Navya is decisive n internally strong..she is like this becoz of her upbringing..she is brought up with discipline bt also wid lots luv n affection..wat she is feels, whether she happy or nt has alwys been taken into account..unlike in anant's case..

Since in his family his pt of view has nvr been held of ne imp..he cannot imagine that if navya tries 2 put her pt in front of her family it'l b heard.. he is al insecure n wanting 2 stop navya from telling d truth coz he feels once she does it'l b d end of their relationship..

She was the one who was strong in front of her sis, she faced her alone at home and on hte day of speech she was with Anant giving him hope, she is the one facing her mum on her own. She shut the comp and faced her mum alone.

I hope that Anant can do that too when the time comes. Coochie coo is imp but being for each other during thick and thin is what makes the relationship strong. Interesting to see how the CV's approach this or is this their way of showing Naye Soch
