Bua Dadi & Navya vs Bua Dadi & Shagun

However, if you notice, whenever she sees Navya she never really says anything about her. The first time she saw her, you could almost say she liked her because of her dressing and quiet voice and respect until Navya told her she's come alone. Bua Dadi clearly disapproves of girls roaming out until late and believes strongly that girls should stay at home and mind their own business and do the house work. She has a very gender-bias view and she's quite clear about it. She doesn't like the boys coming into the kitchen or girls chilling with guys and laughing out loud, talking loudly (how ironic, because she's the loudest in the house). But when it comes to Navya, she's never been like SUPER rude about her (only when they were looking at pictures of Nimmisha's engagement). And remember that time when Navya came to meet Anant when he was sick? Navya and Nimmisha were in the kitchen but Bua Dadi didn't say a word and accepted Nimmisha's excuse. How unlike her to NOT say ANYTHING at all. Not even a "Hari Om Prabhu Ji" came out of her mouth :P

Also, on the terrace (yesterday's episode) when they all saw Navya alone, she didn't say anything. I bet if it was Ritz or Appy or someone else, Bua Dadi would've definitely taunted them full on.

If you compare the way Bua Dadi reacts to Navya to the way she reacts to Shagun, it's completely the opposite. She despises Shagun, she's always taunting her, she's always glaring at Shagun and her shishter Rama and keeping an eye on them. Not letting them do whatever they want. However, it's quite funny and ironic as she chose Shagun as the future daughter-in-law of the house even though she finds her quite irritating. Shagun as well has a mutual dislike towards Bua Dadi, she hates her guts and to "teach her a lesson" she played that prank on her but hellooo, remember it's THE Bua Dadi you're playing with?! hahah so obvs the plan must backfire.

Shagun hates Bua Dadi and deals with her in a revengeful way. Navya, on the other hand, is scared of her and always looks down whenever Bua Dadi is around her. Both of them are prospective brides for Anant but have different ways of looking at Bua Dadi. Obviously, Navya is the better bride, she has a better nature and outlook towards things. Navya is more calm and mature compared to Shagun.

Also, isn't it quite weird that Bua Dadi chose Shagun even though Shagun and Anant were staying under the same roof for so long but she had no objection to it while she has a clear-cut bias view against all these college girls? *Sigh* sometimes, Bua Dadi's character is such a hypocrite :P

I think that Boo-adadi isnt critical of Navya cos she hasn't come specifically under her radar yet...the moment AnYa becomes common knowledge, I think she will have a LOOOT to say...I dont think anyone can ever please a sourpuss like her ...be it Navya, shagun or the looong suffering dukhi atmas...She'll even have a problem with Mother Teresa (FOREIGNER!...trying to help the suffering and all...tsk tsk)

Yeah but I do think that Navya will be different for Bua Dadi. She may taunt her like everyone else but Navya is quite capable of becoming liked by people quite quick! :) So in the end, I guess Navya will be Bua Dadi's favourite :P

Waise, such a khadoos can never be our cutie dadi's friend...And a sasural without a khadoos saas is less possible in indian soaps...With dukhi athmas sweeter than honey and Rama bhabhi being a sweet poison, Bua Dadi and her taunts ki baarish has a vital role in Bajpai kitchen politics...Navya will silently listen to the taunts and do the duties like an adarsh bahu(that is what the heroines are meant for, naa) and slowly get into Bua danger's good books🥱
