I'm not editing my space anymore - fresh comment!

My notes (more like, more notes):

- 1st of all, Jaz, I'm glad you're so persuasive. *completely unrelated to the episode, sorry guys*
*mumbles stuff about being publicly embarrassed and whatnot* ☺️ BTW, I was so right - you are awesome! *smug*

- I love Mohan to death but I couldn't believe some of the things he said today. The thing with the caterer and all. CVs, what are you doing to him?! - WORD! Highlight and reiterate it for me, a billion times over. I shall personally go murder the team of CVs if they ruin my rockstar 😡
- I'm in 2 minds about whether Anant should talk to Baba or Papa. What's your say on this? - Can't say. On second thoughts, at least hari om prabhuji doesn't feature in the option list *shudders*
- Like Anu said, drag drag drag. I'm pretty sure that my lack of enthusiasm must have been shining through & through at the end of the update. (We all can't be as resilient & at our witty best as you are, Jaz. :P) - dude, you're kidding right?! I told Nur the cvs need to hire you for comic relief in their Monday bummers! 😒
- Anant faltered a little, but he is still determined, good to know!
- TOTALLY agreeing with JZee & Anu here, Navya was the weak link once again. The I Love You was so poignant.
On Anant's half.
Wish Soumya had injected a little delighted surprise into her expression & mixed it with her terror/doubt/worries & whatever else that was bugging her at that moment. That would have been just perfect. & wishful thinking as well. - I have no improvement suggestions for Soumya I think. Nothing really works anyway :|
- The college scene was fun. I had a problem with Ranbir being used as wallpaper but later on figured that his function was being the messenger there. & you do not

shoot the messenger for whatever reason. Seriously though, I'm surprised he even stood there while the girls talked about having the pj party. LOL.

and my resolve stands - I'm not watching, I don't think visuals could get any better than your WU anyway 😳

And can I say, even though they did continue the Anant-Mohan scene - I'm still disappointed with how vague the chat was. No outline, no guideline! These are the rare sensible characters of the show - I'd honestly want better dialog at least in their space, sigh! Exactly!! Damn, I was frustrated with how things were going & Mohan repeating the same things in different phrases. Sometimes it feels like these days Rama & Sagun have more original dialogues than everyone else.

BTW - once you're done, come come come to Gulaal Forum! Soon, yes, when I'm done. :P Can't wait already!

Shaheer sounds like he's aced another episode - however Soumya being the fish again is bummer! As for Ranbir, give the guy a hug from me - these two have taken it upon themselves to get him into a fix this way or that - what with Navya's demands to visit Anant's home, and Anant's demands to talk to Navya in class... on that note - awww! He told her she can just listen - the delight of winning back out boy in action redeems a lot of crap for me - or maybe your WU is just ⭐️ I thought Shaheer would only be used as eye candy but I'm genuinely surprised by how effective he is. Anant could make any sane girl swoon.
As for Ranbir, he is one of those characters that makes me feel like going & hugging the screen. I love how he never complains for going that extra inch--or even, mile--for his friends. & you know he's not going to spit them out later either, no matter how furious he gets with you (if he does, which is highly unlikely).

@ bold: that is the redemption, not my WU. :P

@ Anu: I'm really surprised you're even here. :P But happy, nonetheless! The cynicism is as much needed as the fandom, take my word for it.

LOL Aimin, I'd watched last Thurday-Friday waale epis (posted my thoughts in Jzee's post) and things had looked up a bit then so thought of checking out today's epi...

The way I see it, even the fandom in general seems to have descended into cynicism...toh phir main kya cheez hoon? :P

Anywhoo...I do keep checking in from time to time...you guys aren't totally rid of me just yet...REJOICE😛

Navya for god's sake, get rid of that darn expression!

The epi was slow, they spent an entire epi to get to CSB's door. WTH?

And what is with Shagun and tailors?

But seriously it's almost like Shagun's a better actor than Navya!

EDIT- Yes, Yes, Yes even fandom HAS decended into cynicism..I was so annoyed at ALL the scenes y'day..Fine, we get it tht Ritz and Appy lurve Navya and care for her, but har baar! Bahh! Same scenes! Ranbir is a mere spectator now, the guy just keeps running for AN relationship.

Mohan bhaiya has become this bleating goat, I agree he's getting time to bond with his dear bro but hell, one ENTIRE episode..I thought the engagement plot was supposed to be wrapped up pretty sooon!

And JZee and Aimin, Mutual Admiration Society, eh? :P

You BOTH are fab writers at your wittiest best..Aimin you are BACK 😃..Loved your update, and you both are awesome so *smuggest grin* 😆

LOL Abhi...honestly Shagun IS a better actress than Navya...even though I can't stand her character...but she obviously has more experience than Soumya and can act.

Soumya se toh mujhe generally ummeed bhi nahin hoti...but in today's epi atleast she wasn't using that affected fake si "scared" tone...so I didn't mind her too much despite the knitted brow expression returning during Anant's phone call...lol

The quality of writing in this show has generally gone quite down...and the presentation of the scenes is tooo dragged...they just don't seem interested in engaging the audience with STORYLINE movement😕...so now even Mohan scenes are pointless and he just keeps repeating the same lame 2-3 points over and over...Ritz-Appy also don't seem to have much to do other than try and pamper Navya...token friendship scenes😆

I was on the road with my mum & she literally shouted at seeing someone walking down the road wearing a similar pair. "Look, it's Appy's pants!"... ^^''

Soumya was ok in that scene with the friends...her TONE wasn't fake mopey so I could deal with it.

Anant's phone call to Navya...although the most unrealistic thing possible ki in this small sa classroom, ppl are easily talking on the phone and the prof doesn't notice...& she wasn't even trying to be less conspicuous even! o_O To their credit, I've seen people on the phone in class but my classmates were sure smarter about it. but whatever...lol...it was the nicest scene in the epi... Koyi shak? *dreamy* :P Shaheer once again nailed it and Anant's determination came through...each "i love you" was enacted in a genuine and heartfelt manner...ofcourse Soumya on the other end never fails with her "shocked" reactions...lol...I don't know if this is my imagination but the way Navya's eyebrows moved a bit higher in time to each "I love you" of Anant's was hilariousss😆...

Rest was nonsense...again dragged out and Anant ki bolti band in front of CSB *yawns* I was disappointed, too, that he couldn't say anything but guess CSB has that effect on people. >_> *notice how much I'm trying to defend Anant today?*

As for the (non) debate about the acting skills, Soumya has become tons better, she talks less slowly (if that's possible) but yeah, Shagun even with her stupid soppy expressions makes her point more times than Navya does, which is just sad.

I agree that the quality of writing has gone down. Everything is repeating. So much so that even our complaints are starting to sound repetitive.

Again, I can't help but blame the director for Navya's wrong expressions at the wrong places. She is pretty emotive in the family scenes so we know it's not that she is incapable. Anyway, shouldn't the director be the person telling her that looking like a goldfish with her eyes emoting something bordering on terror is not the image of a girl being told by the guy she loves that he feels the same? Seriously. They HAVE to be kidding me. No matter how dire the situation, if it had been me, I would have smiled myself to sweet oblivion possibly for the whole day, if not the whole week.
