We named our news letter as AnYa Luv Xpress
So, here goes the NL for the month of May

As this is our very first NL,
lets know the concept of the show.
Concept:
Navya symbolises the new young generation of India. A 19-year old college goer, Navya is an extremely identifiable and average girl-next-door, who is confused about her life like a lot of young India is. Navya naturally balances modernity & traditionalism in her day-to-day life without even consciously thinking about it. Like most youngsters today, Navya has middle class parents, who constantly struggle between being parents and friends to their children.
Her friends enjoy better freedom at home - one of them also has a boyfriend and Navya secretly wishes for one who would do mushy things for her, yet she is happy in her own world. As luck would have it, Navya falls in love with Anant, a boy hailing from a traditional and conservative family. Over time, the story beautifully captures Navya and Anant's journey of love and their trials and tribulations in trying to stay uniquely Indian and yet moving ahead with the times.

Navya Mishra
She's a young lady of nineteen who has got big black eyes, bewitching features and innate moral values. Navya tends to be jittery around new people, especially the opposite gender, given she has never been much in their exposure. She is a principle-oriented juvenile, her approach towards life is directed by her family, mainly but she's eloquent at the same, her actions are dignified and she heartily loves her family and friends. Off late, Navya has been perturbed by the presence of the newest inmate of her party at college, Anant Vajpayee. She harbors distinctive and deep emotion with respect to the lad in the heart, she is mostly in love with him, however her feeling is evolving, and she goes stagnant at his very appearance.

Anant Bajpayee
He hails from an elite and political family; however the culture of the household is pretty ancient and strict. Anant chases his principles and worships what has been taught to him by her family, he's gotten a mature eye to inspect issues and also manages the contrast-related problems his peer group and family cause, they cause friction but Anant eases it. Anant changes a great deal, emerges as a hyper, stubborn and adorable nineteen year old boy, he gets typically normal when subjected to Navya. Gradually, he has gotten intimately acquainted with her and the synthesis of his feeling against her is on.

Renuka
She is a twenty-two year old housewife and mother of a newborn. She regrets her marriage and is by no chance ready for bringing up a juvenile. On one hand, she believes her younger sister, Navya should be bestowed with all that she never got, she feels apprehensive and annoyed of the perceptional changes that have come in her family post her time to Navya's. He endeavors continue to be unknown.

Deepak Mishra
He is Navya's father. His exterior is strict and stern whereas he is entitled to a soft heart, a heart that of a father. He asserts that he believes truly in his children and that he'd bestow Navya with everything he couldn't get his elder one, he intrinsically is guilty-conscious of his elder daughter's early marriage and does not wish to do that to Navya. He knows of his trust in Navya, but his distrust in the world she is exposed to leads him to strictness and conservativeness, even when he wishes to be lenient.

Meeta Mishra
She is Navya's mother. She has kept her family woven together and continues to do the same. She's a sublime agent of strength to Navya and understands her aspirations well. The demerit she possesses is that she has little to speak for herself, and has more work to do under the pressure of her family issues. She's an ordinary middle-aged lady.

Shankar Dayal Bajpayee
Shankar Dayal Bajpai is the patriarch of the Bajpayee family. He is someone who has seen the carnage of the partition, and firmly believes that families should stick together, because anything can happen anytime. That is just one of the reasons his family lives jointly even in today's metropolitan Mumbai. He has managed to keep the family values intact and all the men are involved in his family business of printing press called Geeta Press. He is a noted religious and cultural speaker. In all senses, he is a self-made man, and it is for this reason that he is highly respected by everyone, including his near and dear ones.

Om Prakash Bajpayee
Om Prakash is the one actively running the publishing house, Geeta Press. Shankar Dayal just overlooks the business and is mostly involved in his lectures. Om follows his father's ideals. He is as stern as his father and can be harsh with his words. He respects and loves his father more than anyone in the world and wants to make him proud and happy in whatever he does.

Sugandha Vajpayee
Anant's mother, Sugandha, is a conformist - the kind of bahu every traditional family would want and like. She has forever lived by the dictum that being a silent wife and daughter-in-law is the way of life for a woman. Being the eldest bahu of the house, she takes care of every section of household-running that is allotted to her. She knows the hierarchy and rules of the house, and makes sure that she will follow it to the T.
To Anant, she is a loving mother, someone who understands that his troubles are a result of the adolescent phase he is going through and that her son is merely growing up. However, she does not think even for a minute that he will not grow to conform to the family's traditions and practices.

Sushila Mishra
Navya's grandmother, she has gotten extremely hardcore and rooted moral values, which are backward. She highlights the distinction of a female from a male every chance she gets. She promotes early-marriage like commercials for toothpastes do. However, she is a soft-hearted and lovable mother and grandmother.
Harsh Mishra
He is Navya's younger brother. He's a teenager of quick parts and joyous elements. He takes pride in extracting advantage from his being the youngest creature in the house and is loved the most.
Ritika Joshi
She is one of Navya's two best friends; she is the same age but belongs from a different family in terms of morals. She has found love in one of her classmates, Ranbeer and given she has an open-minded atmosphere she hails from, she does not find anything unacceptable in it. She's a sweetheart, never too blond, never too intelligent ' she makes up perfectly for a regular college-going girl.
Appy
She is another dimension of a college-going girl, she is a loudmouth, and she's friendly and is amazingly sweet. She's Navya's second best friend and shares most of her ideals with Ritika, given she is also part of the league of the new-aged kids, unlike Navya in most aspects. She is in search of love everywhere she goes, and has got a flirtatious and cheesy edge to her character as well. She's daughter to a single mother.

Here starts the contents of our NL
On the luscious date of fourteenth February, Navya begins to narrate the story of her life. Her living is a blend of modernity and her family values, and the sole purpose, the righteous responsibility of her existence is to maintain the balance, never have the limits blur. She likes to believe in the ordinariness of her life, but that very day when she collides into Anant, who saves her from a social-crap-worker.
Ever since the very day, she's been struggling with her life's sublime blend, she is hopelessly falling for Anant, she has got a family, she has got friends and according to the norms she has inherited, Anant does not fall into either of the two categories. She gets jittery on his presence, however through a volley of events and a lot of days from Valentine's, she considers him a friend today. She cannot establish an eye contact, even today but Anant marked the onset of the fever, he has pushed her into evolution, while until now she was perfectly stagnant.
On the other hand, Anant is the male-alpha, and that essentially bestows him with rights and traits the opposite fraternity does not enjoy. However, even he is supposed and expected to maintain the same blends of his life as Navya does. He guarantees his disbelief in the kind of love his peers worship, but has considerably harboring a soft rather weak spot for Navya.

Bloopers bina serial kahaan!
Navya is a new show and has recently completed one month. But what is common between Navya and the other soaps? Yeah wat is common??
Bloopers!! Yes. You heard it right. This show has got with itself a freshness compared to the daily soaps running on television these days but yet there are some minor things which were not taken care of during the show though it entertained us for a full whole month!
So in this section we present to you the major bloopers of the show.
Blooper Number 1 - Aakash Vani
Remember the episode where Anant drops Navya in an auto and she forgets to give him the parcel? Then suddenly Anant remembers this and goes to get his parcel. Then Akash vani told him that "Beta, Navya lives in "x" floor, Door no "y". Go and get your parcel! And Anant followed the instructions, went to Navya's place and got his prize! Oops parcel!
Blooper Number 2 - Magic Magic!
It was in the same episode where Anant drops Navya in an auto. Navya is all happy and in a different world altogether that she didn't even notice that her hair which was wet till then magically got dried!
Blooper Number 3 - Sleeping beauty!
When Navya calls Anant to tell him about Sonia's parcel he nervously looks at his clock and it shows 17TH MARCH THRUS 9.45 PM. The very next morning when Navya calls him to enquire about Sonia's condition he wakes up and looks at his clock which shows 29TH MARCH 9.00 AM!! So our Anant was sleeping for a whole one week!
This was a very good observation by anamika_0.
Blooper Number 4 - I know all
When Sonia did the nerve cutting act and Anant got her admitted in the hospital, Navya called and asked him about Sonia. Anant explained that he's in the hospital. Navya immediately asked her dad to drop her in the hospital. How come she knew which hospital? Umm.. She must be you-know-who i mean i-know-all..
Blooper Number 5 - Facebook ki jai ho!
When Anant wanted Navya to use the webcam for easy understanding of the project, all of us expected Skype. But no! It was Facebook! They had a video chat using the Facebook chat. I guess I need to update my browser as it doesn't support video chat in FB.
Blooper Number 6 - Raat gayi dress badal gayi..
After the night long video chat on FB, Navya tried to get some sleep but was disturbed with thoughts of Anant and covered herself including her face with a blanket. Lo and behold! Her dress changed when she got up from her few minutes' sleep. Is it Shring bhring sarvaling dress badaling?

Navya is a show based on the variances between young generation and old generation, This month, Desires v/s values is an article specialy written keeping the concept of the show in the mind.
Life _ a blessing , a gift !! Family _ a support , a stand !! and for Asian girls their families are their lives. Their hopes, their guides, their happiness, their strength and this is the reason why their lives are mostly stable and yes they remain strong and protective with their values. Now coming towards Values _ what are they and how we are surrounded by them. We are always indebted to our parents, since they gave us everything, whether its our life or its the rules for live life and in return they just need loyalty to towards what they taught. They consider their daughters guardian of their family name and respect in society. Our dear Navya is one of these Asian girl, who is a dutiful daughter, always living as per the will of their parents and why not, since its our parents who brought in this world, gave us a platform to live, they deserve this in return.

But sometimes life brings a turbulent strike, fate unfolds something unexpected and our values are dominated by our desires. The desires which emerges just like a smoothing wind and appears like a rain in a barren land.

Our Navya today stands on the verge of decision. At one side, her Values bind her in the shells of protection. On other side, her Dreams give her wings to fly with freedom.

So strange is life we live in, where what we want is completely unclear. Our intentions are covered by doubts, our focus is completely drowned into vagueness and mental images are unable to give an identification to our dreams.

For a moment when Navya finds the happiness of living in the gold-cage of her values. The very other moment she finds free breeze more attractive and here comes the time when she starts realizing that yes, life brought colors of love for her.

Yes, something is pushing her to break that cage and shine. World calls this shining happening "bekaboo" , she calls it the pleasing rhythm thats giving sound to her quite life indeed. Yes, she admits something, or better to say someone, now dominates her.

Well the shocking moment was quiet a shock for everyone as I guessed so because everyone opted for a single option only that is -The moment when anant actually lands at navya's place 3 times and that also as an uninvited guest :P. That is what actually makes it shocking for both navya and us because at all times we hadn't expected him to land there but sometimes these kind of shocks are good for health, though they wouldn't have been for navya I am sure but for us they were pleasant as their accidental meeting lead to some really cute moments which we wouldn't miss by any chance so as people say all is well as it ends well therefore this may be a shocking moment but turned out to be a sweet one in the end.

Undoubtedly the award for the best cutest onscreen moment goes to -The moment where anant is serving navya .This moment I am sure is still fresh in our minds as it was the most loving, cute moment of them together till yet. Shy navya with naughty anant the perfect combo for this very scene where anant is calling navya an atithi(mehmaan) and ever so cutely saying her "tou kya mein sewa karun apnay mehmaan ki" and she shyly agrees with whatever he says. Then he serving her with his own hands, this scene surely takes all the lime light with every moment in it whether its naughty or cute. Wont you just feel the building chemistry between the pair, I can certainly see it for the upcoming scenes and sequences.

The best cutest moment offscreen award goes to -The moment where Shaheer and Soumya are happily looking at the outcome of the picture taken by our talented shaheer and then walking off just like olds pals would do. Their building friendship can be clearly seen from this moment when their heads are slightly touching and both of them together are leaning in to get a view of the picture. Don't they just look cute together. The cherry on top is the smile on their faces after this particular moment which leaves everyone wondering whether they just met or have been friends since long.

Navya see Anant on her door, she is frightened. She shuts the door n looks at her Dadi who is looking the parcel. Navya opens the door again, Anant asks for his parcel. Dadi too asks about who's at the door, Navya says the persons to whom this parcel belongs, n starts collecting the material of the parcel, but forgets to collect the main CD carrying the message. Anant is standing at door n smiling at Dadi's query. Navya is trying to stop her. Navya hands-over the parcel to Anant, n he replies that every Grandma behaves in the very similar way, and leaves. Navya turns n is stunned to see Dadi behind her. Fortunately Dadi didn't saw who actually was on door, Navya is relaxed.

Ranvir and Harry get Navya into helping anant with his computer presentation. Navya feels really nervous but she agrees to help Anant. While making the presentation Anant gets a fit of naughtiness. He starts taking some photos of Navya and himself. Nimisha happens to see these photos and burns a CD so she could tease Anant. But her mum calls her so she hurries out of Anant's room, forgetting to take the CD with her. Anant packs the CD's in his bag, not knowing that one of them has their crazy photos in it. On the presentation day Anant's teacher puts the CD on the projector and AnYa's pics start coming up instead of the presentation. Everyone laughs at AnYa and the teacher also gets angry at them. Navya is heartbroken so she leaves the classroom and cries.

Navya Goes To Her Room, her Mobile Was Ringing. She Unhooked It & Anant Asks Her The Reason Of Not Coming. She Says That She Already Told Him that She Won't Be Able To Come But Anant Says That He Also Said That He Will Come To Receive Her If She Doesn't Come... Navya Gets Confused. He Asks Her To Come To The Window. She Comes And Sees Him...She Gets Scared & Says Why Did You Come? He tells her to come downstairs oo else he'll come to get her. Navys gets scared, she tells Renuka about how she has to go to her friend's engagement, Renuka makes up a reason so that her mum dad will allow her to go. Navya goes downstairs and she has an eyelock with Anant. Navya gets struck into congestion so Anant comes to help her.He Gives his hand, Navya hesitates but then holds it. Anant start walking without leaving Navya's hand. Navya can't take her eyes off Anant...And Anant's also smiling at her. He makes her sit in the car all happy.

One shot
Bhai! Bhai!! Kahan ho tum? Shouted Nimsha, searching for her brother.
She has been searching for him since the past half an hour. He was neither in his room nor in the living room. Where could he be?
"I should check the garden" thought Nimisha.
Her guess proved to be right. She found Anant sitting in the swing on the far edge of their garden.
As she moved nearer, she noticed that he looked angry and slightly disappointed too. She wondered if Baba had something to him, or if he did something amiss.
She sat beside him, but he didn't notice her presence. She tapped on his shoulder, "Bhai?"
"Huh?! Nimi! Tu kab aayi?"
"Abhi! Aap kahan khoye hue ho? Kuch hua hai kya?"
"Err, nahin, nahi toh' Kyun pooch rahi hai?"
"Bhai, aap koshish karke bhi mujhse chupa nahi sakte! Kaho na, kya hua?"
"Kuch nahi Nimi! Pareshan matt kar, jaa tu abhi!"
"Main toh chali jaaungi, par Navya ke bare main aur kisse baat karoge?" asked Nimisha giggling.
"Tujhe kaise pata chala ki main uske bare main soch raha hoon?"
"Ab bolo bhi bhai!"
"Woh' Woh Navya apne aap ko samjthi kya hai? Usse kya lagta hai?"
"Shaant bhai! Pehle yeh batao, kya hua?"

The classes were finished for the day and Navya was settling her books.
"Hi Navya!" a voice called from behind.
Navya turned around to find a classmate of hers.
"Oh, hi Karan!" she smiled politely.
"Navya, woh actually tumne Anant ko computers sikhaye na, aur usse itne achhe marks mile, kya tum meri bhi doubts clarify kardogi?"
"Err' Sure! Kya doubts hai?" asked Navya.
She helped him with a few programs in Java and clarified few other things.
Anant who was entering the classroom just then, noticed Navya talking to the guy and felt a pang of jealously. The emotion was all new to him and he doesn't understand why he was getting angry seeing her with some other guy.
He saw her explaining things in her ever so sweet manner and he felt even more irritated!
"Woh uske saath kyun hai?!" he thought.
Karan left after a while and Navya walked out with her bag and was surprised to see Anant standing at the door.
"Hi'" she said shyly.
Anant who was boiling with rage by then, fired, "Toh hogaye tuitions? Tum student se teacher kyun nahi ban jaati? Sab ko padha sakti ho phir, aise akele main ek ek ko padhane ki zaroorat nahin hoga!"
"Yeh tum kya keh rahe ho?" asked Navya meekly.
"Please Navya! Zyada mat bano!" he shouted and left.
Navya had a tear running down her cheek. She was left dumbfounded and Anant's attitude somehow hurt her and she felt really bad.

"Uhm' Toh yeh sab hua!" Nimisha said after listening to what Anant had to say.
"Par bhai. Navya ne galat kya kiya? Woh toh sirf uss ladke ki madad kar rahi thi!"
"Galat kya kiya? Usse sab ko sikhane ki'"
Anant's sentence was cut by Nimisha, "Bhai, tum jealous ho?" she asked teasingly.
"Chup kar Nimi! Kuch bhi bolti hai! Main bhala jealous kyun hua hoga?"
"Achha, toh mujhe batao, bhai aapko usse kisi aur ke saath dekh kar itna gussa aa raha hai! Aap badal rahe ho bhai, pehle toh aap itne ziddi hogaye aur ab yeh' Baat kya hai bhai?!"
"Baat kuch bhi nahi hai! Tu jaa abhi!" saying so, he pushed her towards the house.
"Jaanti hoon, par iske bare main sochna zaroor!" said Nimisha and left.
"Pagal hai bilkul! Par kya yeh sachh keh rahi thi?! Kya main sachh main badal raha hoon?!" thought Anant looking bewildered.
Anant pondered over his behavior from the past couple of months. When he thought about it, he actually felt that he has changed. He himself had told Navya numerous times that he has changed.
He still remembered the first time he saw her'
He had just introduced himself in his first class of his new college. And after the class, he was walking out in search of Ranbir, when he noticed that there was a commotion going on outside.
Everyone was crowded around a girl dressed in white. She was clutching a bouquet and a gift. She looked extremely scared and was about to be hit by some party worker, as if overcome by some force, he had rushed to her and stopped the part worker and pushed him. On turning to face the girl, he saw her staring at him with big eyes which were filled with fear. He tried asking her if she was alright but she kept looking at him.
Anant chuckled to himself recollecting how they first met!

Navya sat by her window thinking about the day's events. She was hurt when Anant ahouted at her. He has never behaved like that before and this time she didn't even know what infuriated him.
"Mujhe itna dukh kyun ho raha hai?!" thought Navya.
Agar usse gussa hina hai toh mujhe kya? Woh toh sirf mera dost hai. Mujhe itna bura kyun lag raha hai?
"Tu badal gayi hai Navya!" Renuka's words rang in her mind.
Navya knew she was slowly changing, but she couldn't find a way to prevent it. It felt so normal and natural to her. She wasn't used to it. But yes, it actually seemed correct to her. Every time she was with Anant, it was like there was a different girl in her, her heart took over her. And when she thought about him, his eyes, his smile, his pranks, his stubbornness and each and everything about him seemed so special!
He was so different from the other boys, not that the others were bad, but there was something about him, she couldn't figure out! He cared for her and he considered her as his friend, she knew that!
She smiled at the number of times he popped at her apartment complex wanting to drop her and pick her up! She clearly remembered the day when all of them met with the accident. She had always felt partially responsible for it. Even though Ritz and Appy never agreed with her on this, she somehow knew that, that day Anant was driving the car at such a high speed just to make sure she reached home on time. She knew he wanted her, Ritz and Appy to be safely dropped home that night and he didn't care a dime about his well being.

Anant remembered how she had called him all panicky in the night to tell him about Sonia, and how she herself rushed to the hospital on hearing about the whole thing. He saw a totally different Navya that day, she wasn't the usual timid girl, she was someone brave and stable minded. She spoke so sweetly to Sonia, who was being her usual brat-ish self.
She even offered to keep the whole thing quiet to avoid trouble for Sonia. It was then he understood the real Navya, she may be shy and scared at times, but she was a strong girl and could be depended upon at any time.
That day, he felt something new start in him, at that time he never really thought about it, but now, he seemed to understand that feeling.

Navya knew how excited and nervous she was when Anant said he'll call up about the project, she was restless the whole evening, she didn't even have her dinner that day, all she could do was think about him.
And when he called up, she as usual messed it up.
Isiliye toh woh mujhe pagal bula raha tha! she thought and smacked her forehead.
That day when she was helping him with the project, what was the feeling which possessed her then, she didn't understand it one bit, but she felt nervous, happy, excited and a little scared at the same time, his talks, the way he kept irritating her by taking pictures, all of it bugged her, but she still managed to smile for his sake, and then when she actually got angry, he had so cutely said sorry to her and she had given him work to do. Navya laughed out loud when she thought about his words that day.

Anant still felt the unknown pain when he remembered her tears. He had been the cause, even if he wasn't directly involved, he was the reason.
Seeing her cry in the college garden there, had left him heartbroken and when she walked away without forgiving him he felt as if he was losing something, a sinking feeling swept around him.
But when she called him up, the ecstasy he felt was unimaginable.
When she told him she considered him as her friend he felt on top of the world.
When she actually gave in to his stubbornness and accompanied him to his sister's engagement the joy in his heart was unparalleled!
She had come all the way, just for him! That very thought filled him with excitement. He was always happy around her. Her eyes, her shy smile, her melodious voice all of them had an effect on him. When he shouted at her for not coming to the picnic, the moisture that filled in her eyes had moved him. He had never behaved with any girl like that. Why did she matter so much to him? Why was her smile so important to him? Why did he want to talk to her and see her around? Had he really changed? Was this the feeling Ranbir and Harry called LOVE? Was in LOVE with Navya?

"Why do I always feel like talking to him?" thought Navya. Why was his presence so important to her? Why did she ask her parents to go for the picnic? Why did it hurt her so much when he shouted at her that evening? She had changed and Navya knew it. She knew this changed soul and heart would lead her into trouble, but could she stop herself from treading the path? Was it actually wrong to change so much for the person she loved? Person she LOVED? What was wrong with her!

Navya and Anant realized their feelings for each other that night, though there were a lot of questions to be answered, there was a strange force or pull they felt for each other.
Navya sat looking outside her window dreamily and feeling the cool breeze while Anant sat on the swing and was enjoying the breeze. Both of them were looking at their phones, waiting for the other to call'
