Hey NB followers! How is everyone?
First of all, I would like to say that perhaps StarPlus has listened to us and told Sajid to tone it down because he was bearable in this week's show. Good on you Sajid for actually saying something nice to Ravi and Sargun for a change (Y)
I was a little bit disappointed with some of the performances, especially Kushal/Elena, Karan/Nisha and Rahul/Dimpy. I don't blame the jodis because they don't pick the songs or choreograph the performance so it's not their fault if the concept isn't thought of well. But I think the execution of the concepts lacked energy in some of the performances.
Kushal, unfortunately didn't dance at all, Karan and Nisha looked out of synch and Rahul and Dimpy went back to their comic performance after a really good dance last week. This makes me wonder who will leave the show next week?
I for one really want Karan/Nisha and Kushal/Elena to stay because I believe they can dance much much much better than what they did today. Rahul and Dimpy are great and I really want their choreographer to perhaps give them a romantic performance rather than just pure comedy. Rahul did really well with his tribute dance so something romantic will definitely shock the judges.
Felt bad that Smita and Ankush had to go but their flamenco and tap fusion dance was pretty good. They're in my opinion the most improved couple in the show thus far. They will be missed.
Best performance - It's tie between Jay/Mahhi and Ravi/Sargun. Loved the Katakali and the tango was superb!
Least fave performance - Rahul and Dimpy because there was so samba in the performance even though Dimpy did really well.
Note: I wanted more dancing for Kushal because I think he can do really well if he's given the moves. So hopefully we'll see some next week! :)
Cutest performance: Neelu and Arvind were so adorable!
The couple who should be eliminated in my opinion: Rahul and Dimpy because they can't possibly hope to continue on the show just by doing comic performances. I was really happy to see a different side to him last week and I thought maybe we'll see another side of him but I was disappointed. They do a great deal for entertainment but in a dance reality show, dance is very important.
