Out of all of them, I think Terrance is the best judge. He is honest. He always says good things and bad things. He gives CONSTRUCTIVE criticism so they can improve. And he is also very nice about it. He does his job by giving them helpful pointers and by encouraging them.

My second favorite is Shilpa. She is nice and honest. I dont have a lot to say about her.

But Sajid, I do have a lot to say. Sorry but I DO NOT like his style of judging. Is he even a judge?? First rule of judging, ALWAYS BE IMPARTIAL. He is so biased towards Gurbina. This discourages the other contestants and puts so much pressure on Gurbina. That is not fair to either of them. Second rule of judging, GIVE CONSTRUCTIVE COMMENTS. He is just plain rude sometimes. He doesn't sometimes see the effects his words have on others and tries to make it a joke. Its not done. Third rule of judging, BE FAIR. He was not fair with BrunaOmar. They were really good and dancing in water is really hard. They were graceful and deserved full marks.

Sometimes I feel like he is giving marks to entertainment and not dancing. If they manage to make him laugh, he gives them good marks. Gurbina being an exception.

Just my opinion...sorry if it offended anyone.

I just believe every single contestant should get an equal judging and fair marks.

One think I noticed he looked very disappointed when karan said Ashvik r on number 2, like why will he be upset if Audience gave them vote nd keeping them on top 3. He thinks everyone has to agree with his bias judgment.

Sajid really needs to be replaced as a judge, I adore Rakesh and Ridhi but their performance was poor in comparison to others. Sajid needs to understand there are different forms of dancing and stop being so biased. I'm sure Terrence and Shilpa have their favorites but they are fair in their judging and give credit or encouragement when needed while Sajid can be extremely rude.
