Singleton Juhi gets no support

Juhi Parmar is a popular star on tv today and that's the reason why Star Plus wanted her to be introduced as a Wild Card entry in Nach Baliye 3. However, when the other contestants learnt that Juhi does not have a real life partner and instead a guy will be chosen through auditions, they objected firmly. The other star couples on the show made it clear that if Juhi got a partner through auditions, they wouldn't be part of the show.

Karan Grover said, "they should have call the show Dhoond Baliye." Kavita Kaushik stated, "I don't think Star Plus will go against the concept of the show, which is about real-life couples dancing," Kashmera Shah too agrees with the same. Pooja Bedi revealed that she was not allowed to talk about the issue. Juhi Parmar however, was not available for comment.

Smriti Irani's production company is growing phenomenally. Not only has she got an extension of 104 episodes for her serial Virrudh, Smriti is already working on her next show Mere Apne, for which she has signed Gauri Nigudhar and Aashka Garodia. According to the grapevine, Smriti had approached veteran actor Vinod Khanna for the lead role but he wanted more money than what was offered. Amidst buzz about her returning to Kyunki as Tulsi, Smriti is keeping very busy. She loves regional cinema and so will soon produce a social drama, to be directed by acclaimed Marathi director Pramod Prabhulkar. After working with him in an ad film she was impressed and offered him a film. An excited Smriti says, "Earlier I was offered a Bengali film too but it didn't work out. I enjoy regional cinema and am looking forward to this film."
