HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

None of my videos work. They take forever to download. None of the alt. links work either. I have checked my firewall and it seems to be working fine. The videos stop within a few minutes and it takes hours to download. I have tried watching on my laptop too, but it's the same thing. Anyone else have or had the same problem? Can someone help me?
