1. Tanaz and Bakhtiyar
Thumbs up: Their diet is nutritious, and their energy levels are always high.
What's wrong: Tanaz is a bit over weight, and that can affect her performance. She's been told to go easy on carbohydrate food (rice, bread, potatoes).
2. Gouri and Yash
Thumbs up: Yash is well-informed about diet and nutrition, and works out regularly.
What's wrong: Gouri had to be educated about nutritious food, since her eating habits weren't healthy. The couple gets tired after rehearsals; they've been asked to include vitamins, anti-oxidants and a post-practice protein shake in their daily diet.
3. Gauri and Hiten
Thumbs up: They are generally fit.
What's wrong: They are unable to find time to work out. Hiten is losing a lot of weight. He's been prescribed a high-carb, high-protein diet. Gauri's been asked to do post-practice stretching exercises to prevent injuries.
4. Tina and Hussain
Thumbs up: Hussain is health conscious, and carries healthy food to the set.
What's wrong: Tina is not used to gruelling sessions like the other actors are. She's been asked to include vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and protein in her diet.
