I had started watching this season of Nach Baliye keeping the standards that Varun Rajeshwari had set last time.....I did not think any couple could match some of the wonders that couple created...
I was wrong. Not only this time there is lot more that has come out in form of dance, but there are now more than one couple and more than one choreographer who is a genius.
This round was as good if not better than al other rounds. Come to think of it, each round has been a treat.
Arjun - Gurdeep: I felt it was a non happening choreography. There was a concept, but nothing to it that would put a twist. Gurdeep danced beautifully but her costume made her look older and boring.Arjun had a very peculiar costume as well. If you put up a comparison, then perhaps the only performance that was too plain.I would give them a 5 😊 .
Tanaz- Bakhtiyar: Frankly, this time though their performance was touching, it was not spectacular. Their theme was more appealing than the actual dance. However some of the moves were out of this world. Bhaktiyars raw emotions made my throat constricted after the performance.There is so much emotion behind this happy go lucky appearance of that couple, and that was the surprise punch in this round. So if I was the judge, I would give them high marks just for the theme and the moves. All in all, I can't really grudge the marks they got. I would give a 9 👏 .
Shweta- Manav: I have NO idea why did the judges not get what they were trying to convey. They were apart for 1 yr, they met and for some reason though she still loved him, she could not stay with him. And he was trying to tell her how difficult it was without her and she too conveyed it was the same for her..BUT.....what was so mysterious? For me as an audence it was as clear as if they were screaming....I think it was an exceptional performance. The passion, the emotions, the feeling, the costmes..everything was perfect. The only thing that I can point out is that they could have been given some more variety in steps, at times it felt a little repititive. They get a 9 from me 👍🏼 .
Yash and gauri: One word- Perfect. Everything that this couple did was awesome. And they were did a sensuous dance but such different steps. Fabulous. I liked the fun the judges were having with all that costume thing. It was really funny. A very enjoyable performance.A 10 from me... 👏
Hiten_Gauri: What a fabulous performance. Gauri was in her elements today. She still has to work on her completing her steps, especially her hand movements, but the effort showed. And my God, what grit.......dancing with a fracture....there were times I was wincing when she put that foot forward.....hats of to her. They looked beautiful, and had awesome chemistry and looked so much in love. Beautiful performance. 8 from me 👏
Hussain Tina: This was the cherry on the cake as Malaika would say. My mouth fell open when I saw Tina 😆 She is something. She not only looked gorgeous, she danced like a free spirit. Absolutely spectacular performance. I felt like clapping even when they were dancing. And their expressions said it all.Brilliant performance.A full 10 + A, B, C.... 😆
