The talented Poonam Narula took a break from acting post her maternity leave. She was very popular for her roles in Kasauti Zindagi Kay and Kkusum. And in Nach Baliye (the turning point in her career) she, along with her hubby Mannish Goyal, proved that they could dance well too.

Though Manish has been spotted at many social dos recently, Poonam however prefers to maintain a low profile. Recently Poonam was spotted shopping in the bylanes of Lokhandawala (suburban Mumbai) accompanied by her adorable son Aryaveer. What's remarkable is mommy dearest has lost oodles of lard and looks ravishing! Hmmmm... thinking of returning to the small screen, Poonam? Our industry always welcomes talented actors with open arms!

thanks for the info..she did put on lot of weight post pregnancy but good to know that she lost all of it..we need inspiration 😉
