Kapil, the bad boy?

You know this guys totally got an attitude. Bad attitude, I must say. I don't know if you guys noticed or maybe it's just me --- 3rd Jan's episode, when they asked Kapil about Chetan and Lavania's performance his answer was ... pathetic! Total nonsense.

I'm sorry but while I was reading,I was dying 2 say something back.....if u don't mind?;)

Attitude? No, I don't think so necessarily.

He didn't actually say "I didn't even notice your dance, but I hope you did good". He was being honest in saying he didn't see the performance as he was concentrating on remembering his dance steps. Yes, maybe he should have lied and said it was fantastic, maybe by being honest he reflected himself badly. Was Chetan being completely honest when he gave his opinion or was he just playing the game?

I think there are a couple of jodis in this years NB who are honest with their opinions and choose not to play the game.

As for Arjun's raised eyebrows, well, to be honest I wouldn't pay much attention to that. It's been noted many many many times that the editing team of NB leave a lot to be desired. There have been so many times where the same shot has been reused throughout an epi. And well, everyone is entitled to their opinions. If Arjun didn't like it, never mind....

And lets not forget this is a dance competition. The couples are not being judged on their attitudes - at least, they should not be judged on that.

Right. I don't know how much truth is in that. Tho, this is the first time I'm hearing something like that. Being nervous is one thing. That means ... he meant he was in his own land ... I don't know. It sounds fake.

Of course. It's just that maybe I have a problem with people who compliment themselves with their own mouth? I mean there are other Jodis too ... they are popular ... they must know ... they never said anything like that. Being popular is one thing ... telling the whole world that they are .. is totally an other thing.

I'm sorry. It looks like a "fan talk" to me. But maybe you didn't notice the way he said it. I noticed one thing about Chetan -- if he shows attitude ... he shows openly. If he had to say something ... he could have said in front of his face.

It's not fan talk. Just as Hiten asks Kapil & Anjali their opinion on Chetan's performance, you are shown a clip of them practising their hand movements whilst sat in the jodi box.

What Kapil says is that Chetan looks fantastic in this look, because of his size this look suits him. Frankly speaking, his concentration was on his work that he has to do and that Chetan understands that pressure. His attention was not there as he was trying to remember his steps. But he hopes that it was good and that Chetan looks good with the sword.

I think you'll find that pretty much a word for word transcript.

And as for showing attitude openly that's OK right? So Chetan's raised eyebrows and snide smiles are OK, but Kapil being honest and saying he wasnt paying attention, well, that's got to be bad attitude, right? That some logic!

And let me clear up yet another misunderstanding here. When I said "I wouldn't pay too much attention to that" - what I meant was yes, I saw it, but it doesn't necessarily mean Arjun actually reacted like that at that moment. The editing has shown the same shot being edited into the episode at various times - of the jodis & judges. The lack of continuity is obvious.

If you don't like them, don't vote for them - simple. Each to their own. Personally, I much prefer an honest reply which is at least diplomatic to fake replies and snide looks.
