I have seen numerous posts regarding the butchering of either Avni or Neil's character, whereby fans are continuously ranting about their angst towards the show and the characters. I see a lot of people stressing over the fact that we aren't getting a "happy avneil".

Firstly, Neil and Avni haven't seen each other for 10 whole years and she has hidden a lot from Neil, from her being alive to them having a child. Therefore, for obvious reasons, we'll be shown a Neil who acts irrationally rather than rational as he has absolutely no control over his current life or situations and he blames Avni for it. We also can't be shown a rational Neil as the person he's opposing is Avni. His target turned wife, who has him completely smitten. Neil has clearly stated that's he's not one to raise his hand on a woman, and so, it's natural for him to adopt other techniques through which Avni will be hurt. Just the way she hurt him. Thus, he's fighting for Mowgli's custody, getting married to Mitali and sending divorce papers to Avni.

Coming onto Avni, this girl is answering your queries in almost every episode. Her past, current and future actions take place solely for the security of her loved ones. How much more does she need to scream it? I see certain posts whereby fans are against Avni's decision but imagine her having to live her life anonymously, purely because she wanted her loved ones safe because of a certain antagonist who threatened her into marrying him. I absolutely commend Avni for choosing to live an anonymous life instead of marrying Vidyut. Neil should too! I mean, what would he rather? His wife with someone else or his wife pretending to be dead? I'd choose the lattea if I were you, Neil! Hiding Mowgli is also Avni's way of protecting him, especially, from the eyes and clutches of the outside world.

Finally, lots have lost hope after today's episode but I'm still standing strong like a pillar because I have hope in Mowgli! Yes, Neil has filed for a divorce and custody for Mowgli, but when it comes to Mowgli's choice, he'll choose to live with BOTH his mother and father. Essentially, what I'm saying is that Neil and Avni can keep on trying to outwin each other but it won't work because they'll have to bow down to Mowgli, their son's, demand of them living together! This jungle book boy will NOT disappoint!
