Ironically as a neutral viewer I liked the episode today. There's pace and drama. Kamini as new villain is doing good and I loved Mowgli-Avni bond. Aditi's motherly vibes and Kabir's cuteness make the scenes more adorable.
Sana - Zain scenes are just bland, lack of chemistry. I think Riya-Neil was better.
The ending was good. Somehow I feel Neil connects to Avni more, even in dreams.
Precap is amazing. The court room could be their legal separation but custody will be under Avni nevertheless since Mowgli is below 18.

Does custody of the child work so??as much as i have heard it depends on the parent's financial capacity and all too..though im not sure.

Typically the parents can fight for the custody and court will be in favour of the child. It's a very delicate issue. Though the parent's financial status is taken into account but Avni has been taking care of him for the past 10 years , being able to provide the necessary. as for Neil, he is jobless but hails from a well to do family. They might also ask the child's preference in certain cases. However the court will mostly favour the mother for kids below 18 unless they proof the mom is financially unstable, has health issues ie alcoholic, physchological issues etc.. I knew this from a colleague who went through separation which was rather horrifying.

Why do you this this is custody drama? I don think so. Maybe it's investigation on Avni about why she was hiding for 10yrs . Maybe this will be the revelation of truth. Choti Avni could be threthrethto give her strength as not to blurt out the truth.

Yes they could... these are very sensitive and delicate issue so it varies case to case.

PS I'm not a lawyer by profession so any lawyers in house, please advice. 😆
