Don't know whether it's dream or not but it's definitely lollipop scene before the lull.

Logicaly Avni is hurt since Neel scolded her So she would expect to neel come and apologise just like in the past where neel had asked sorry after fighting (This dream sequence would play in avni mind abt how neel would apologise to her past) suddenly she will come back to reality and she would pack her bag n get ready to go. In the hall neel would stop avni 😊 Just my pov let us wait for the episode to air😊

I think in present situation Avni believes Neil hates her so dream ka point nahi banta we did have had already had dream sequence (the Poha scene) so I don't think this would be dream but as you said lets wait for the episode i presume it will happen today
