Question for the doctors in forum....

So the question is...

Avni never got pregnant because she maybe at most had sex only once with neil. Even that seems doubtful given that the morning after the SR both of them looked so prim and proper. Pallu bhi nahi hata!!After that they have been separated and clearly she has not been sexually active! I sincerely hope that the spoilers of Mowgli being their pillu are fake too. Because I don't want that angle- the fact that she separated her child from his father is just terrible!and also because it's not logically possible. Because mowgli looks like he's only 5-6 and if pillu existed then he/she should be 9-10 years old since that pillu would have been conceived in the one time they supposedly had intercourse itself!

And the way this story is going forward if Avni got pregnant now she would be an elderly primigravida which would be a high risk pregnancy with increased risk of congenital anomalies in the baby and increased risk of obstetric complications in the mother too...and if they wait some more Avni will reach menopause only! So no question of pregnancy unless she has frozen her eggs but she's been too Gareeb to do all that!

Do search in Google in which physical situations gals get pregnant accidentally.😆 in fact here we don't know whether avneil took protection before their consummation.😆 n my question is if avni got to know that she is pregnant after faking her death,would she ever come back! I don't think so.then complication between avneil would be more hard. Neil would get hurt more if he knew that he has a kid with 9 years old but he never got chance to see his kid's childhood,never got chance to lover his little kid.
