AvNeil fever was the catalyst for me interacting in the forum and the hilarious dissection of various things related to AdiZa got me hooked. It is a fun filled FULL ship sailing in deep waters (my most favourite distraction 😛)

This space is like a heaven ...all because of the warm hearted people here..who keep me surrounded with their wit and humour and some fabulous writings.

Now IF has become my personal play area..!!

Forum is life with all you sweet girls. (Who got me out of my shell)

Just like you all I came here because I loved The show and AvNeil, but reason I started watching this show was because of the time off from work and the health issues I was battling and this show came as a distraction from all the problems I was facing in real life those few hours I spent with you all became the part of my daily routine which I love it ,A person like me whose been working for a very long time And always had friends around leaving job and having a kid was a life changing experience suddenly I had nothing except the taking care of my little one and slowly I slipped into depression and was battling postpartum depression for quite sometime and then had to go though another surgery which just made everything worse on a personal level then went to India to get a change and my sister forced me to watch this show because she thought I would love it and I did also became obsessed with it joined the forum which was the best thing happened met such wonderful people read some really amazing FF from all the brilliant writers in the forum things started to change thanks to all of you I am in a much better state of mind now and everyone around me feels that I am getting back to the person I was before.

So here I wanna say thank you to all you beautiful people out there especially the show and adiza for making a difference to my life everyone who wants to quite I do respect there decision but would like to see them again hopefully things in the show gets better and I get meet you all again

I know it took a lot of time for me to share with my family me and my husband kept it under wrap for a year because depression is something people don't understand very easily especially postpartum depression as not very common thing everyone have babies and people think it's no big deal but for some people it's may not be that easy and it's so hard to explain especially to people from older generations but I am glad we spoke to family and after years I got to spend 2 months with them which started to change things and then after coming back Home forum has been a wonderful change now I am ready to get back to work next month now my attitude towards life has changed and my son is the more beautiful thing that happened to us and he's the center of our world

Now I am quite cool suffering from depression I do talk about it to people without any hesitation everyone go through tough time

Since your a Dr you may be meeting such people often

So let's get out of this mode and talk about good things
