No. She won't remember him bcoz she saw him when he was 5 year child.I agree that people often tend to forget what happened before 7 years but mishti had a typical childhood how can she forget it

There is no other reason according to me that she is given so much of importance.. KK for her is simple celebrity crush.. at the age she is shown a lot of people have celebrity crushes irrespective of age of the celebrity i have seen people crushing SRK even now so doesn't seem unrealistic

Manasa I like your convection... But I think some how Cvs leading us there where Mishti would remember DD or latest Neil if not by name as she had given both different name but by face this might either to react as they will realiese it is mishti..

misthi is 5-6 year old when she sees neil and dd so she did not remember them but cvs gives hit and miss between her and neil so i think when she sees neil she collect her childhood memories not fully but some flashback
