Same thoughts there is no Neil without Avni, he may have his moments where he smiles like she wishes him to be but inside he is going to be a mess! Whether he lives in denial or not he will definitely not move on.

Mandy ji, aapne toh leap se expectations badha di😛 I would love to watch Neil like that after leap But you know ITV has certain restrictions and even if cvs will plan something like this for Neil then that will be like making NK a complete youth show and youth shows are not welcomed in sp that too on prime time

Dragon Ji, Leathel weapon was not really a youth oriented story. It was a somewhat dark theme of a grieving man. How his friendship with the other cop and his family slowly gets him out of his rut. He becomes like family to them. He was white and they were black so there was the race angle there too.

Also in that story he meets someone some years later and marries again. The story had 4 parts and in the final one the partners daughter gets married too. (She used to have a crush on Riggs!) lol. Anyways what I am trying to say is kind of like Arjun, he was a tragic character at the start. Here Neil will be the same and since Avni is NOT dead, th story will take a different turn.

But the idea of Neil as a daredevil that this BW star stars crushing on and following around, (kind of like how the character Karan from Arjun (after their leap when Arjun is no longer a Cop) starts following him around and they become partners. They have a chic and a kid who's a hacker that helps them. They sort of become unofficial detectives. But Arjun never really moved on from Roshni, even though both Riya and then Sakshi fell in love with him. He liked them both, but he never gave his heart to anyone but Roshni. To the point where the story ended when he gets another lead about her killers and he goes in search of this clue! So Neil can be like him.

The twist here will be that Karan who probably puts Neil on a pedestal and Neil whom treats him with some condescension (but actually does care about him), find out they are in love with the same woman. A bit like Ali and Neil but totally different at the same time. There is a lot of potential for a really GREAT story here. If they can bring back that first leap magic, then we are in Baby! Zain will kill for it sure. Give him something to do. Make him a daredevil and unhinged character, but with that old Neil swag and please no smiling!
