OK so I am finally back from my travels and have a bit of time to write something. While I have been loving the last few episodes, the highlight from this week was the NiYut damdaar fight and of course Neil finding Avni behind the wall and his desperation. (Both before and after he found her).
However the fight scene has been one of my all time faves on the show, and Neil's stint as Onkar Singh had it's real "Moments". Ek nahi kahi "Moments" ban gaya. (Quoting Zain). 😆
I have watched that fight scene at least 5 times and I can watch it even more. Then I realized I have always re-watched almost ALL NiYut scenes. This means they are definitely repeat-watch worthy. So in the spirit of that guys, can someone please upload "NiYut" scenes on Google drive too. Those sarcastic comments, that banter the "It's On" and "Bring It" challenges they do with each other, are so entertaining and sometimes downright hot. There have been some amazing NiYut VM's on Twitter which I have watched a few times over.
Let's face it, itihaas gawa hai, that the "Two Hot Guys" combo has a unique but equally high entertainment value. Be it two friends, two work colleagues, hero & villain or Boss and employee. There are many examples of the two guy combo that has been a winner be it Eastern or Western cinema or television.
A few western examples of two guy hit combos.
Hollywood / TV - Miami Vice, Lethal Weapon, Starsky & Hutch. (These are the old stuff)
Jacky Chan-Owen Wilson - Shanghai Noon, Jacky Chan- Chris Tucker - Rush Hour series.
Ben Stiller-Owen Wilson - Zoolander
Vince Vaughn-Own Wilson - The Internship
The ultimate two guy combo - Sherlock Holmes-Dr Watson - Sherlock Holmes Series.
In Hindi cinema
Jai-Veeru - Sholay
Saif Ali Khan - Akshay Kumar -The Khiladi series
Jai Dixit and Ali - Dhoom series
In short, this is a winning formula. Therefore used over and over by movie and TV show makers. I think we should immortalize our own Two guy combo (Of which we actually have two).
Neil - Vidyut - The Hero-Villain combo
Neil -DD - The Boss-Employee combo
But considering the Tashan filled Sawg between Neil and Vidyut, I think we should celebrate it by putting their scenes on Google Drive. Most shows have pathetic and OTT villains who bore you. But our show has entertaining villains, be it Daya, Ragini or Vidyut. Can someone please upload the NiYut scenes and post a link!
