Considering how NK constantly tops the uk charts, and they have gained insane popularity, I don't get why they don't get attention and promotion as much as yhm, yeh rishta and ishqbaaz couples? It makes no sense 😡 They should defo win all the above said awards.

bcoz nk popularity increased after the leap...if they watch once..it is sure that they will start watching constantly..before leap nobdy was interested..trp was also very low
