Usually,whenever a fear of some bad happenings is shown through anybody,it makes a impact in the future track.As far the OLV's ,segments or spoilers being come out now a days,none of them had any sign of the threat to Avni's life.But in the nightmare segment,Aditi had said something like" something bad is happens when someone dream it" (I clearly dont remember her lines).So,they may have a track where Neil's nightmare come true making Avni injured.Otherwise why was the nightmare shown?
But and if ,they shoot the scene just for the forhead kiss,then it has nothing to argue about.😳😳
