No, I remember somebody in the show showed a photograph of duggu massi, and duggu massi was another woman who was looked the same age as the actress who played the second dayavanti, and the woman wore her hair in a low bun and her hair was slightly greyed. This isn't duggu massi.

She can't be shweta's considering shweta doesn't wear those type of clothes, and this woman looks like she is wearing a saree, plus this woman is wearing so much makeup, and body doubles don't really wear makeup as you only see their back. The only thing body doubles get done is their hair and their clothing to make them look like the actor from the back.
