I think either Neil or Avni anyone of them is surely going to know about mishti's paternity today because just now saw on Instagram ketki mam Aditi and even karam all are promoting promo and emphasized on watching today's episode so I guess the truth will be revealed either to Neil or Avni let's wait and see

May be those who watched yesterday's EPI itself understood the truth without knowing spoilers and olvs so I guess either Avni or Neil anyone of them should definitely know today hope they don't drag till Friday
