When did I say she should live her life as per fans wish? She can get back to him or follow him just as a friend, its her life. Also I don't get that part "Lying to save him from fans bashing". Her bf was more than enough defending himself well on Instagram from what I heard of. Many couples have faced worse, so just leave it at that. Celebrities know how to deal with it. Lying isn't the best way.

All I say is, keep your personal life, personal. Whether you are with him or not. Don't go on announcing anything and give people a reason to cook up stories.

And exactly thats her personal life. That prank was for her friends just because she made her ig open to fans doesn't mean she can't post anything personal in it. She pranked her friends. Its her life she hide her relation or announce it or lie about it why should we care about that. That's her personal life. Why should we care about the fact that she has a boyfriend or not. For us she doing her job as an actress should be enough. Why should we go poke around her ig, care about her relationship status.

Its not her who is at fault its us.
