Apparently neil and juhi got intimate 2 days before juhi's accident, that too, just after getting engaged and both having had a lot of champagne and were happy about their engagement and thinking about their future together. Neil says that he didn't remember anything from that night due to the champagne, only that in the morning he went to his room and fell asleep. So neil does have a reason to believe the child is his, but I don't actually think anything happened between neil and juhi that night, because that always happens in indian serials when the guy doesn't remember what happened, especially when the viewers are not shown any such thing happened, then later it is revealed the girl was lying.
So now I'm completely assured that the child is not neil's, and that either juhi is lying to hide the truth behind how she got pregnant, or that she genuinely believes the child is neil's. Either way, mishti is not neil's daughter. Anyways, I did love this scene, as I loved how neil was trying so hard, albeit without revealing anything, that he will never do anything wrong with avni and marrying ehr was the best decision of his life.
I swear that female servant who was talking so sweetly to avni yesterday in nishti's room is so two-faced. She's talking crap about avni to vidyut, telling him how avni was being nosy by questioning her about mishti's mother and everything. Loved vidyut's reply to that two-faced woman...including that she isn't that beautiful that he will stare at her whilst he eats.
Loved that vidyut-avni-mishti scene. Mishti is such a little star. The moment vidyut leaves, they leave their act, and the little kiddo shoots avni a cute victorious smile, and continues smiling as avni in front of the body guards and servants continues her act of disliking mishti, as avni calls avni goa ki princess in a mock taunt, and mishti continues smiling.
I felt bad for neela in the last scene. If I was in neela's place, I'd be experiencing whiplash with neil's accelarated shifts in behaviour and words. Just like us viewers feel like we are being thrown around over confusion of what neil is up to and his sudden change in behaviour, the characters must be feeling the same.
