i know first two options are sooo horrible ...

I cant see any possibility for above mentioned options..

Better i would prefer something fresh and beyond a proper relationship symbol..

Like Miss Beautiful and Mr. Handsome
or something more on lines of friendship..

Police uncle will be suitable for Neil.. 😆 😆

I doubt there will be an interaction between neil and mishty unless cvs are planning to make avneil her parents

I hope the child returns to her parents - I dont think AvNeil are ready to be parents yet personally, they still need to spend time together and enjoy each other's company.

Kid will say fixing her rishta with avneil' meri mama(mummy juhi ki rakhi wala bhai humaesha raksha karne ka ledge liya) neil hai meri mama ka biwi avni meri mami hai.'
