Avni sneaking into Neils room as a nurse was actually a treat to watch.We all didn't expect that.I actually thot it was the one sent by dayawanthi/guruma.Itwas indeed a cute and touching scene.I think we enjoyed it fully because it was unexpected a and we didn't get any olvs based on that😃

You're right! Scenes like that are a treat to the eyes. It was so sweet of her to go out of the way to meet her hubby!
