We are setting a trend here, seems😆, it wasn't our intention,I was just telling Mandy to join the Episode discussion thread (EDT) for deep analysis of the characters and story matlab something deep and not frivolous and I sometimes make GIFs and collages for episodes but I don't post them in the main forum just in the EDT, but few people visit it, so today I thought why not sharing them on the main forum, and lo hungama hogaya 😆

So there you are... I was wondering lately about the forum... AvNeil hain, hot and spicy Neil hain, seducing aur innocent si Avni hain, pata nahi Kahan Kahan Aag lagane wale AvNeil scenes hain... Phir bhi ye forum chup hain... Itna shereef.. caps tak nahi ... so ye saari besharmi vahape ho rahi thi...😉😛😆

Beyhad is definitely on my "to-watch" list. For now, NK has taken up all my time, I swear.

"But today AvNeil have made a bigger impression on me due to the premise of their story. I just love that equality between them. That slow creshendo to love! More people should know about this show and watch this show! It's truly remwarding viewing."

^ WORD. It is so hard to find ITV shows worth watching today and I had totally given up on the hope of ever finding a show that would be able to hold my attention. Gotta thank NK for pulling me out of my ITV hiatus. I am surprised that shows promoting manhandling, etc, in the name of romance is still a thing. Why? Why is it still accepted? It's such a sad state of reality, having to see young girls pining for such a form of "romance". I am actually quite happy with the fanbase NK has. Like you, I do hope more people watch this show because this show is a step in the right direction for ITV. Gul and Ekta need to stop recylcing their same bloody scripts because it's honestly not cool anymore.

@Shaurya: Thank you for that link! I am surely going to check the DT out. I was hoping there would be a DT somewhere because there is just so much to analyse when it comes to the show and the characters. The nuances are hard to overlook. 😳

First of all let me say that I liked your post, by the way I'm a girl,😆 my name is Naj, Shaurya is the male of another show we were discussing drawing the difference between our Neil/Avni/AvNeil and the other male leads/female leads/couples

About Avneil, from the OLVs seems much more good things are coming our way, a progression in their relationship and a silent acceptance of their marriage though they don't voice it out, so there is an upcoming sequence where Avni will be surprised to see she is wearing a mangalsutra, Neil then comes, and look at how he cleverly without any awkwardness justifies in a funny way him making her wear it, he says that it's been many days she wasn't wearing so he started doubting whether she is his wifey or not 😆 and then he says that every broken thing can be joined be it a mangalsutra or a heart!! Aditi says that Avni likes this. So we can see how even if not telling it in a straightforward way they are accepting their marriage. I like it!, there is no need for much words (I know at some point of time they need to say it and open up completely) but for now actions speak louder than words let them enjoy this phase slowly!

Link to the segment SBAS (I first got to know about it from Dhinshak a forum member)

https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x5vb97e

SBS segment

In the other segments, they show that Avni is preparing a surprise for Shweta on her wedding anniversary, the idea is to get Shweta and Prakash married again, and there is a sweet nock jok between AvNeil about who will belong to the baaratis and who won't and she also told him that she will dance and that he stole her mom so she can steal his dad, somthing on these lines, nice scenes upcoming

A new saree for Avni during the function

I wonder if Shweta will change positively after the marriage anniversary surprise, since we know we have already two upcoming vamps in the pipeline (Dyavanti and guruma) so maybe Shweta will take a back seat and I'd love it, I can stand Dayavanti the real dangerous enemy but not Shweta the evil saas

Initially, his nazrein used to be on her eyes (hence those beautiful eyelocks), but now, it's as Neil is trying to haq jatao on Avni by looking at her lips instead.

P.S. As much as I enjoy their romantic scenes, what is with the ridiculous amount of zooming in and zooming out? I feel hypnotised (literally). 😆

Yes I think Neil's intentions are growing a bit bolder so he is now staring at her lips more. She is so cute anyway, I don't blame him. She has such a Doll like quality to her. He always looks so smitten. That's why even the more suggestive scenes never look smutty or overdone. There is a very thin line that maintains the difference between romance and smut. Romance is when you can see the attraction and the love as well as a healthy does of lust. Smut is when you only see the lust.

Even in that scene where Avni was staring at Neil in the rain, you could see the attraction and smitten quality on her face as well as the lust she felt towards his hotness. That scene was so natural which is what I loved about it. The NK CV's have really maintained that balance. Even writing love scene or love making scenes (which I have attempted myself in some of my fictions), is really tough. Because the objective is to show the Love and romance between the two characters. The attraction and lust are the secondary factors. But the love and romance is the primary focus. Getting the balance right is hard. Some don't achieve it. I have seen some of those scenes of that show ZKM and I found the actresses expressions smutty and the scenes more lustful than romantic.

In this aspect NK CV's have done well and even ARSHI scenes always looked romantic and their love was visible even in the more bolder scenes like the consummation. Hope they maintain the quality of the AvNeil romance scenes!

Tauba tauba!!, which besharmi!!! it's an episode discussion thread not a besharmi thread, tum mujhe badnaam karne pe tuli hui hai 😆 I told you I care about analysing characters, for me characterization, storyline come first and then romance, I need to relate to characters at an individual level before relating to them as a couple

If you check the EDT you will find just that: analysis and dissection of characters and story, I post pictures and collages as pictorial evidence.

His haq on her lips... I love the way he enjoys her lips, Zain's eyes speak out that loud... And the way he play with her hair is so hot...

Yes our boy's hair fetish is next level! 😆After original ASR, never saw a guy more interested in playing with his girl's hair. It's hot but romantic at the same time.

Neil really needs to kiss her now. All that staring at her lips giving us issues too. Move in for the kill Neil babu we are ALL with you! 😳

I guess thucking her hair behind her ears or removing it from her face in a gentle way is a gesture of tenderness, it doesn't insinuate anything, just uncover the face you love most in the world

I also have something for the forehead kiss, it's a sign of affection, tenderness and respect nothing lustful, people who love you and care about you like a dad, a husband, a brother would give you that kiss on the forehead 😊

Woohoo! Finally your posts are getting the attention they deserve. This thread has really blown up, and it's nice to see so many members getting involved.

You're promoting the EDT even on here! 😆

I must admit, I didn't care much for Zain's acting when the leap first took place. I didn't think he had much on-screen presence at all. But as the story has progressed, I've noticed a vast improvement in his acting. He can so effortlessly transition between different emotions, particularly during the more intense scenes. His expressions (as @arshisfan's collages/gifs highlight!) always fit the mood and tone of each scene. He has really breathed life into Neil's character, and all the endless social media fan pages are all proof of how much he is adored and appreciated!

My favourite male actor on Indian television will always be Harshad Chopra (was a huge fan of Tere Liye back in the day), but Zain is slowly making his way to second place!

I've liked Aditi from the beginning - I thought she was the perfect choice for grown-up Avni. Like Zain, she too has grown into her character. Her acting seems so much more natural. And she is incredibly pretty - glad that the softer makeup is now further enhancing her beauty. Wasn't really a fan of the heavy, harsh eyeliner pre-marriage!

I have been somewhat detached from Indian television for sometime now; there haven't really been any good characters/storylines for me to follow in recent years. But Naamkaran is a breath of fresh air, and I spend unhealthy amounts of time on this forum!

I love characters that make me think and have enough substance for me to be able to analyse, dissect and critique them in a meaningful way. I may be in the minority, but for me love stories are secondary to a good storyline. I started watching this show for Avni, I was interested to see how she would overcome the troubles of her past and move forward. But along the way, I have enjoyed the dynamics of her relationship with Neil, the mutual concern, respect and understanding. It is only when I connect with the characters that I can then begin to enjoy their love story.

Anyway, I think I've said enough! Can't wait to see what else the writers have in store for us!
