Since u have watched few episodes so will tell you what all has happened before.Avni was shot dead by Dayawanti so for the rest of the world she was dead.Bt she survived since her heart in on right side.So in fifteen years she wanted to take revenge from dayawanti for all her bad deeds which she did to her mom ayesha and Neela.So she befriend Rhea to make a place in their life.Amol/Aman - Amol name was given by Dayawanti Mehta n she made him her heir.Aman name was what Ayesha wanted to name her son if he s born.So for Ali ,Neela Avni/Ananya,n Nanno ol is Aman.Now since Avni sees that Amol is in wrong path so she says that until n unless she doens't mend him she ll denote him as Amol.Neil came to know the truth about Ananya.after talking to Neela n Neela convincing why she made Avni marry him n not knowing the full story he thought he should help her.So on Neela s advice he hasn't confronted Avni that he Knows who she is.Rather he still call her annaya so that she doens't doubt him.Neela is Avni s mom.However for annanya the rest of the world Madhavi is her mom.So to avoid confusion Avni calls Neela Aunty.Hope ur doubts are cleared
