I know Dayavanti somehow convinces Ashish that Avni was the one who killed Ayesha, but was it really proven in the court? Was she really convicted for Ayesha's murder?

The next thing I know is Dayavanti hires some goons to kill Avni & close her chapter for ever. & she was being shifted to another jail location when those goons attacks Avni. But somehow Neela comes to know about it & reaches the bus & saves Avni. The next thing we know is some police officer tells Neela to get Avni away from here to somewhere safe. & Neela was planning to flee the country. Wasn't it illegal? Does that mean Avni still was under her jail sentence when she escaped from there? Does that mean if it comes out that Ananya is Avni, she can be arrested & convicted for changing her identity to escape her jail sentence?

& next is about case 123, was it necessary for CV's to turn Avni in to a thief? & why was she stealing the money? I know it was said that she steals black money of big politicians & other rich people & then donates it to children's hospital or some other charity, where it is needed. But is Neela aware of Avni's such acts? If so as a mother shouldn't she stop her & make her understand that it is not a right way to go about such issue? Bcz now that we have seen Avni's character after leap, it's clear that she wants revenge & total ruin of DM, but even in that she is concise about not playing with others feelings & not to hurt them. Then why would she unnecessarily turn in to a thief & invite other troubles? There has to be some explanation for that.

& lastly about TODAY'S precap, if my eyes were not seeing wrong, I read COUSINS in DNA test's result, I thought Neil was doing DNA test of Nanno & Ananya, not Rhea & Ananya. I am confused with the whole DNA test result thing. Whose DNA sample did Neil really collected? Am I the only one who noticed DNA test report saying Cousins?
