Who is akash and who is juhi??

Sorry I have recently started watching the show so can anybody tell me in brief what the story is and who is this akash and juhi

Juhi is Neil's lost love and in Childhood Avni was kidnapped by Daya and she escaped and met a boy named Akash...who called himself Dr. and he treated her wounds..When Avni's mother died and she wanted Daya to confess her crime then Akash again helped her by giving some sort of medicine...
