One thing i want to say that in e24 segment it was shown shivanya telling sesha to sit in mandap in place of her. Though dialogue was muted it was clearly visible shivanya placed the garland around sesha's neck and went from there for some work. May be she was telling sesha she would come before the marriage.

Sweetheart, that was offscreen, Mouni was adjusting Adaa's garland for the scene. The OLV clearly has SHIVANYA wondering why Shesha took her form, went to the mandap and took the phere's.
