Its so clear from todays episode.. That raja is in the devdi.. And he is ritiks real father.. Haveli and money could be in Ritiks name thats why they have kept raja alive but for all the other people raja is dead.. The caretaker is with Anky and Sailesh.. Thats why he informed the moment shivanya asked for keys..

ALSO, the story of naagmani read out from tht book by shivaya is basically the main story.. Raja protecting naagmani.. Maali kaka is anky - yamini could be ritiks caretaker thats why he is close to his mother (usually in havelis kids are looked after by maali s and kaka s and buaa s) so thats why ritik doesnt remember much. Anky and co got to know about the maani, which raja was protecting.

If this book is lying in the devdi.. This book s story which shivanya read later at night (not showed to audience could be the story of Nagin) :p but yeah.. How shivanya started reading off the story is the main storyline of naagmani kahani

But there is a possibility that shesha has a past with that raja who is dead for people but who is actually alive and if somehow shivanya tells this to shesha she is the person who will be going to get to the truth!!

Shesha has a bigger truth as she is 120 years older than shivanya.. And she knows shivanya is too emotional when it comes to hurting innocent people if she will tll her abt it
She might lose focus in taking revenge - while shesha just wants revenge
So maybe thats why she doesnt discuss these matters
And anyways shesha s revenge from raja seems bigger than shivanya s parents death..

I think you are right. But sti i feel both nt sharing n discussing this matter is little weird. May be the stress on devdi n its raaz has opened to shivanya after coming back from yagya & after that the duo dint meet to discuss. May be there's some discussion then.
