Shivanya is not a bad Naagin...the hatred is all due to her parents killings by evil creatures and suffering she bore from childhood...it will take time for her to overcome all these past bad things and to heal...once she understands Ritik's goodness and with his support, she surely would come out of unnecessary hatred towards other family member including Ritik...than she will take revenge only from those 5

and we should not forget she may be highly badly manipulated by baba and Seshsa

rithik should not support her even though those 5 killed her parents even if he loves her she cheated and manipulated him married him for revenge she cheated his love and a person who cheats love is the biggest sinner like those five who killed her parents and cheated their love she is also in that category as she also cheated rithik love

I think that depends on person to person.Some may think she is was not right by marrying Ritik for her revenge and using him but it also has to be seen that, she had saw her parents killings and not so good childhood with manipulation of her mind by others that resulted in hatred and as a result her only motive of life is to take revenge from whole family.

Ritik will understand her situation and forgive her and she also will repent for this unnecessary hatred things when she will come out of it.
