I think Diya meant that Bulltoo or Buntoo guy who was one of those people that supposedly killed Vikrant. Buntoo comedy karta rehta tha na and later on he helped Mahir's sister and her daughter too. Maybe him idk...

But I think he was not shown as one of the rapists.simply supporting the brats.
