I used to like her earlier outfits more. Like her yellow saree. Purple suit. Then her simple kurtis that she wears during the night scenes where she's resting. Woh simplicity bhi acchi lagti thi. This a little too flamboyant for Adi-Naagin's personality. Like uski shaadi ka joda. Her engagement wala outift. Ever the soft pink saree she wore during the first day at Singhania Mansion was pretty. All of those were pretty. It made her look graceful even if she wasn't that graceful in her character.

Personal opinion hai ki Bani's character fall more out of grace with each episode. Earlier episodes were bang on. It only makes me wish to see Bani more in her Naagin form rather than her saree fashion.

Anyway. Just an opinion.

I don't mind Surbhi and her fashion but it doesn't seem to suit the character much. Her fashion choice outside the show is good and suits her but it doesn't seem to fit with Bani much. I wish they could go back to the old fashion choices she had. I liked that. This seems much like fashion experiment than anything. I don't like saree with frills much. I don't mind frills with modern dresses and all but those frills don't go much well with sarees. I just like the plain old sarees. Even printed ones are okay. But not these frills and extra added stuff. It just looks odd to me.

No offense.

Waise toh I don't pay attention to much of Bani's fashion and I don't mind what she wants to wear. Her choice and all but I just like her old fashion. She can wear as she pleases. I just look at Sharad when he's on the screen. I am more of a person who sees depth in the scene than the fashion choices.

Agar Bani ka character thoda sa accha likhe toh I can bear with those frills and all.

Those yellow and pink sarees, that engagement outfit - they were all so dreamy, fashionable and perfectly suited to her character. Veer is a rich man. Makes sense for his wife’s dresses to go up a notch after the wedding. But aaj kal toh hadh hai with the fashion parade.

Personal opinion hai ki Bani's character fall more out of grace with each episode. Earlier episodes were bang on. It only makes me wish to see Bani more in her Naagin form rather than her saree fashion. Her Naagin form actually looks better these days than the human form. It’s more relatable to what is being depicted. Bani ka instant wala pyar and the illogical tracks just make things worse.

Anyway. Just an opinion.

She has toned down considerably and the clothes suit her as a person and female actor. On Bani and her situations, they are very ill suited. Feels like I am watching Surbhi the actor instead of Bani the Adi Naagin.

I am not a fan of those frilly sarees either. They look damn odd to me, with the frills falling everywhere and making the person look more voluptuous than they are 😑

No offense.

Kidhar se koi connect kar payega? 😳

My family very conservative in terms of how I dress. Even i am kind of person who is comfortable with wearing something in which i do not grab anyone's attentiom for the way i dress. 😊But being said that.. I do not mind if some one else wears something.. Its completely their choice. But if they are expecting trps from people like me who gets scolding for watching a show in which they show everytime a girl wearning sexy sarees then its not possible 😂 i have stopped watching naagim after getting scolding from my parents.. The episode was very old.. But if i watch now.. With scolding i will get chappals as well. 😂 I can not replace my parents for this show 😂 in which they are not even sure which audience they are planning to attract..

1.Bani is too modern for big family..

2. Story is too dumb to attract youths..

Bache die hard sm and sc fans jo dant kha kar bhi show tv pe dekthe hai 😂

I am not sure how kids watch her with their parents.. People please let me know if you are parents are okay you watching surbhi on naagin with sexy sarees. 😂

Oh dear, sorry to know that there are restrictions at home on watching Naagin due to the dresses. I never faced this from parents, so cant comment on that aspect.

For me, it’s more of a disconnect with the portrayal of Bani when she dresses out of place. Surbhi looks lovely in those clothes but I can’t connect with her character Bani due to this dressing style.

But assuming that other families are as concerned about what the youth watches if the female lead isn’t clothe traditionally, I can imagine the dilemma of the creatives about the target audience. They should really start focusing on the story instead of trying to titillate the audience with a sexier than necessary Naagin 🤦🏻‍♀️

True true. Every word is satyavachan. The CVs should put their energy back into the story. They can still salvage it if they grasp the pulse of the audience again. That would help them more in terms of TRP than trying to make the female lead into a high fashion model

Yes that's the problem. All naagin seasons dressing was pretty decent.. In n5 its fine if she wears it. Since anyway i watch it on voot😆

But not sure how many people like me are avoiding watching it on tv due to these restrictions 😂

Its very odd to see a girl wiering off shoulder blouse when her husband rejected her and went on to moon to dance with moon girl. 😂

Its very odd to see some one's husband has lost motivation to live as he has lost his power but our naagin looks still sexy as if god will get impressed with her looks and will save her husband..

😂Even though these are small things.. Usually in ITV this will be a behaviour of vamp to be honest.. Who just worries about her fashiom than about others. Leads dresses atleast should chanhe based on situation. 😃

Imagine i am sitting at my home with my grandmother who is really traditional.. If she sees that bani is wearing all this when her husband is in the verge of dying what impact it will have on her. She will definitely judge for the kinds of show i watch. 😂 Trp ka toh T bhi nahi aane wala naagin ko unless they sort out their preference and make it a family show. 😁

Oh God, yes. You expanded perfectly on my ire with the show. There is a complete disconnect with the character when her styling is so distracting. I can understand Bani wearing those initial saris after marriage, but what’s with the designer outfits these days? It’s not even consistent with how Bani used to dress before her marriage to Veer. She didn’t seem to show any inclination then to dress like a runway model. So why these days? Considering that she is going through turbulent times 🤦🏻‍♀️

Could be that the makers kind of forget that we are watching Bani the reel character onscreen & not Surbhi Chandna the actual person who's playing the role of Bani.

Could be 😆 Logon ko Bani itni pasand nahi hai. Shayad Surbhi pasand ho isliye disconnect banaye rakhte hain 😛

@bold - Judge toh waise bhi log karte hain if they come to know that I watch Naagin 😆 It’s totally not the cool thing to do considering the memes around it. I kept telling my husband that Naagin 5 is different but ab kuch raha nahi defend karne ke liye 😅
